I had best hair cut with Yuichiro. He was very easy to talk to, and he told me everything I needed to know throughout the hair cut, so that I feel comfortable. Will come back again definitely.

I had a great experience at The Pond. The salon had a warm atmosphere. My stylist, Yuichiro, was fantastic—he listened to my preferences and offered helpful suggestions. My teenage daughter really needed her hair cut. We always pass and say we must go in there one day. We went in to book an appointment and luckily we was seen there an then! Mika done an amazing job , she asked how my daughter wanted it cut and styled and done exactly that! My daughter has very long thick hair so it is alot of work! Maybe the best hair-salon experience I've had. Very calm and clean, (not hectic, no stress, no loud talking...) no waiting time. I'm so so happy! Booked a bleach regrowth + colour + cut with Honami. The whole experience was really lovely; Honami took the time during consolation to understand what I wanted and manage expectations, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. And I looooove the result ! Definitely will be back.

Luxurious heaven. As I entered the bright and warm salon, I was welcomed by a lovely smile and my coat was taken off me and hung. I was offered complimentary coffee and different kind of teas, served with biscuits. The super comfortable leather armchair at the hair wash basin is an electric massager with a foot pedestal to raise your legs so while my hair was getting washed and head massaged, my back was getting treated too! Bliss. I didn't want to leave! Ayumi was my hairdresser and she's the most adorable and talented stylist who always asks if I need anything, if I'm comfortable, if the water is at a suitable temperature, if the hairdryer is too hot, and she's a great conversationist. My hair looks fabulous! Highly recommend this salon and will be back for the head to toe spa treatment. 💕

Seeing Tom every 8 weeks is an absolute treat. Since visiting him my hair is extremely healthy and the best it’s ever been. Got warm greeting from Karl on the day. I didn't have specific hair style I wanted. Karl was very patient and professional. I have been getting Yuko hair straightening done by Karl for the past three times, and I must say, his service is excellent! Despite the lengthy 3-4 hour process, Karl makes the time fly by with his engaging conversation and friendly chat. His expertise is evident not just in the straightening but also in the haircuts he gives – always precise and flattering. He truly knows what he is doing. Highly recommend Karl for any hair services!

Mei and Karl were a fabulous duo. They made a usually tedious and very long, intensive process (japanese hair straightening) a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Karl even shared a batch of delicious Portuguese tarts he baked himself for customers. Mei did an incredible job on my hair all while keeping me entertained for 5 hrs. Dont hesitate giving them a visit!

I just got my hair done by Crispian and I think I have finally found what I was looking for! Couldn't have asked for better, he read my mind and got me exactly what I was after...finally someone that doesn't need a buzz cutter and can use scissors like a top barber!

Crispian did my hair today. Didn't give him much to go on other than wanted to get rid of my grey and didn't want to be blonde. I have to say he nailed it!!
