From the moment I walked in, the staff gave me such a warm welcome, offering to take my coat and get me a drink, which I found very attentive and thoughtful. The consultation with my hairstylist was thorough and helpful; they really took the time to understand my needs and made sure the treatment I booked was the right one for me. The hair wash was such a relaxing experience, complete with a hair mask and an incredible head massage—absolutely divine! Whoever washed my hair (apologies - I can't remember her name) was a lovely girl who explained everything she was doing and was very careful while washing my hair, adjusting the water temperature to ensure I was comfortable. Her massage was incredible, leaving me feeling truly relaxed and enjoying every moment. Solveiga, my hairstylist, was fantastic! Her knowledge of curly hair was exactly what I needed, and she provided me with tips and product recommendations to better care for my curls daily. I couldn’t have asked for more. I recently had my hair cut at Toni & Guy and the moment you walk in you’re immediately welcomed by the staff. I don’t go to hair salons often so I seek advice and, most of all, reassurance from the stylist - that’s exactly what I got with Nusrat. He was warm and friendly and was very patient and listened throughout our consultation. He was equally great during the hair cutting stage, making sure I was happy with the length and the layers he was creating (I have thin hair). I highly recommend Nusrat.
