My wife and I recently visited The Steam Brewing Co for a meal during a recent trip to Howarth. What a fantastic meal we had. I had the lamb kebab with spiced onions and my wife the garlic mushrooms to start. And for our mains, we both had the lamb shank. We didn't have a dessert as we were too full, so can't comment on those. But the ales I had, the cider my wife had, the service and atmosphere, made for a brilliant evening. If you want somewhere to eat in Howarth, you won't be disappointed with the Steam Brewing Co. But make sure to book,as they turned people away while we were in there.

It was a wet & cold day but we had a warm welcome. The staff were lovely, and the food was delicious and warmed us up. Would definitely recommend a visit to the Haworth Steam Brewing Co.

Enjoyed beer and food on 3 of our 4 nights staying in Haworth for KWVR beer festival. Fantastic everything; excellent beer and the food is simply delicious and superb value for money. Shirley and the team provide an excellent atmosphere and environment- really enjoyed everything. See you next year!!!

I have used Ben and his team at live wire on a couple of occasions now and they provide a fantastic service. They recently re wired our new house and extension and me and my wife are absolutely made up with the job they did. Ben was very helpful from start to finish and all his lads are a credit to the company. Great company and very reasonably priced, I would recommend live wire to anybody.

Live Wire went above and beyond with the installation of an electrical car port charging socket at my house, I knew it wasn't going to be the easiest of jobs with regards to where I wanted the socket but they completed the job with ease.

HGC Electrical were excellent when doing the work in our house. They upgraded our fuse box and added the finishing touches to our new kitchen with lighting. Their work was tidy and professional and they customer service was friendly. They were able to give us advice on what we needed in our house and ensure that it worked for us practically.Would definitely recommend Harry & Dom and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

We sent a message over a weekend in a panic after our kitchen sockets tripped a switch, meaning the fridge freezer was off and risked it defrosting and all the contents being wasted. Even though it was a Saturday and he wasn’t working, Harry text back with a suggestion of what to do which rectified the issue and saved the day 👏

Harry & Dom have been with us through a 2 year house renovation and they have helped transform our home. Both are professional, polite and hardworking. We have had a full house rewire, smart security cameras, cctv, alarms & outside lighting. We love our additional mood lighting which includes kitchen down lights, pendants & plinth lighting, sensor lighting in our bathroom and spot lighting up our staircase. We have really appreciated Harry's expert advice and competitive pricing and would highly recommend HGC electrical to anyone looking for a first class job.

Steve (and team) worked on my house for about 3 years through covid. Full rewire (and certificates) including running Ethernet cable to every room. Always came back to help on small issues and despite the job dragging, was very reasonable priced. It’s hard to find reliable workmen but Steve is trustworthy and competitively priced to boot!

Second visit here and both times have been great. Both times I've had trouble deciding what to order as everything sounds so tasty. Make sure you save room for cake, especially the hummingbird cake! The staff are all lovely and really friendly, definitely give it a try!

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Lakes District. I had the Tempura Fish and hubby had the Banana Pancake stack. The food was delicious, the service warm and friendly. A beautiful spot with a relaxing and unique ambiance. A highlight of our trip from New Zealand so far. Highly recommend a stop if you're passing through.

Gorgeous little cafe, the food is delicious and staff go the extra mile. We held a baby shower here today and had the cafe to ourselves I would highly recommend. The afternoon tea was just perfect. Thank you so much for making it fabulous for us🤍 p.s the breakfasts are spot on too!

Nice environment, clean & tidy with simple yet tasteful decor. Helpful staff, who were attentive & accommodating, providing good service. Although our small group was only having coffee & a warm sandwich, the drinks were piping hot & the food was hot, tasty & good value for money. The menu was interesting, with good variety of food for all tastes. This was our first visit to The Café Kitchen, but we will definitely re-visit, furthermore I would recommend to others to go & give it a try, you'll not be disappointed.

Perfect place for a stop if you're cycling in the area. It was a good menu, with lots of choice and vegetarian options. There's space to prop your bike against the window outside, and see it from your table. There's also a side alley you could potentially leave your bike, but would be out of sight once you were in the cafe.

Really nice Yorkshire pub with a nice atmosphere. Love it that it’s got a wood burner where you can relax and just chill with a nice cold Guinness. The food I had was nice two home cook pub food and the chips are amazing. All in all a really good pub would recommend it.

We stayed at Leeming Wells Hotel for 2 nights and had breakfast and evening meal in The Dog & Gun next door. The food was fabulous, I had rump steak which was done to my liking, with vegetables and chips which were so nice. My son had a mixed grill which he enjoyed with chips and onion rings. Breakfast was lovely, husband and son had full English which they enjoyed. Lovely warm atmosphere in pub and very welcoming. Lovely open fire in bar, very cosy. Prices are reasonable in line with anywhere else. Service was great, waitresses very attentive. It was my third time staying at Leeming Wells and will be back next year.

Absolutely amazing, the service from the gentleman behind the bar was second to none, we stayed at the hotel next door and he showed us in, made us comfortable and was welcoming. We popped in for our booking and the food was amazing, atmosphere 10/10 and I will definitely revisit. Thank you
