Absolutely chuffed with the service I've just received from J&S Plumbing and Heating! I called yesterday after my neighbour recommended them, they gave me an appointment for the next day, and the engineer arrived this morning and fixed the radiator within half an hour, it's now piping hot and I couldn't be happier with the service! Jo in the office was friendly and helpful, and Alfie the engineer was friendly and helpful. Brilliant experience, I would highly recommend them! I will also be thanking my neighbour for the introduction!

Excellent service Plumbing engineer got to me even earlier that expected ( time given late afternoon arrived morning which was great ) diagnosed the problem and went back for the part . Boiler up and running before lunch Will definitely use in future for servicing

We had a real mystery problem that was driving us bonkers. We had cold water to every tap/shower/toilet in the house but in the middle floor the cold simply stopped working for the sink and toilet even though the shower next to them had no problem. We contacted J&S and they gave us an early appointment two days later. Our problem was solved when in walked Jarrod. Although agreeing that there was no obvious solution he worked the problem, went over the valves next to the tank and in little less than an hour the water was flowing again. He also diagnosed a separate potential problem which he was able to fix the same morning. So top marks to our hero Jarrod and top marks to J&S for a speedy and keenly priced service. Big fans.

I've used this company a few times now and have only had good experiences. Most recently they have updated my ancient hot water system. Superb equipment and top quality work. Jason was very careful to ensure that the new installation was compatible with my electrical system and I really appreciate that attention to safety. I will not hesitate to call this company again for my next planned job.
