Top table were our caterers in August at the Oak Tree of Peover. They were so helpful creating a menu for us and especially for accommodating quite a long list of guest allergies and intolerances. The staff were really lovely and we felt they went out of their way to be helpful to us. They also boxed up our leftovers and cake at the end of the day from our buffet which was hugely appreciated! The tasting we had back in January was delicious, and really helped us choose what we wanted for our menu. I'm still dreaming of the chicken we had for our main course! So sad we didn't think to take a photo of our food, but our photographer luckily took some pics of the starter and main. Portion sizes were great too and we definitely didn't hear any complaints about being hungry! Definitely recommend a trio of desserts! It was extremely helpful going through a plan of timings for the day, the document sent really helped us when answering questions from other suppliers, venue and registrars! Top Table were absolutely fantastic and all our wedding guests commented on how amazing the food was! The staff were all brilliant, from keeping us organised and making sure we had everything in place ready for the day, to being so professional, friendly and organised on the day of the wedding. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Top Table were our chosen caterers for our big day in April 2023 at the Oak Tree of Peover. The BEST decision we ever made, honestly! From the minute we contacted them, the service was incredible. From the free tasting session (where the food was so good that we booked them the same day), all the way up to the wedding, where they acted as our wedding coordinators. The food was out of this world, honestly the guests are still talking about it now. The service from the wait staff on the day was unmatched - so quick, efficient and friendly. Hannah, who was our wedding coordinator on the day, was absolutely brilliant! Constantly checking up and making sure we were okay and happy and things ran like clockwork! There was honestly nothing to worry or stress about, it was just PERFECT. Thank you all at Top Table who helped make this the best day of our lives!

Top Table had been wonderful from the initial introductions at our wedding venues (Sandhole Oak Barn) wedding fair (a mouthful to say) all the way through to when the big day finally arrived. We were kept well informed with how the day would play out; we were told that as the bride and groom, canapés would be be-lined to us as a priority so we wouldn’t have to worry. The food was absolutely phenomenal, it’s just a shame we couldn’t have everything we tried on the tasting menu because it was all unbelievable (even for a Sunday morning at 10am) but our selection of food for the big day was unreal! A special mention to Jake who led charge on our big day. From first introductions, we had his number, nothing was too much for him and his dry sense of humour was fantastic. Thank you to all the team for making the day unforgettable!!

Emma and her team were great to work with. They understood our aesthetics and vision for the wedding, and worked with us to bring them to life. She accommodated our requests and researched alternatives where she didn’t have an item at hand to ensure we wouldn’t compromise on anything. Emma is lovely, was punctual and discreet on the day of the event, and really demonstrated a desire to provide great service level. Thoroughly recommended.

Emma did a fantastic job! She met with us before the event, talked through all of the options and sent plans through with lots of time to spare. She did a fantastic job in transforming the space from a drab conference room into a wonderful catwalk and event space. I would definitely recommend Emma and wouldn't hesitate in using her again!

Recommended by my Aunty who used Ex Pose for my Uncle‘s 50th, I also used them for my 30th birthday and was so impressed with the personalised service. The designs were bespoke to match what I had described and the colour scheme of my venue. I didn’t have to worry or be involved, Ex Pose worked with my venue and when I turned up on the night I had the most spectacular feature! Emma was super friendly, and understanding - can’t wait to have another excuse to get in touch with them again!

Ibrar and the entire Zinc team were only the best, and they turned my dreams into reality for my wedding. I got married at the stunning Devonshire Dome in Buxton back in February 2024. Not only did my guests enjoy the event, but I as the bride also had a lot of fun! The event ran very smoothly, everything and everyone were taken care of, the decor was so intricate and stunning, and oh my goodness the food was immaculate!!!! I’ve known Ibrar for a very long time now, and he also planned my brother’s “lockdown” wedding in such a beautiful way. If you’re looking for a stress-free event planner, without having to compromise the quality and standard of your dreams, then do yourself a favour and book Zinc Occasions. Just wanted to send a message of thanks for everything that you did for me during the course of my wedding. From being so understanding when I had to postpone because of my fiancé’s health, to fitting us in at very last minute for our new dates and to making my vision become a reality (even with me stressing you guys out with the million messages ha). Honestly I’m so happy how it all turned out. Alhumdulilah it all looked amazing and everyone couldn’t believe that my back garden could look that way - we literally were transported into what could have been some fancy hall elsewhere. The food was amazing, on time, delicious and a real hit with the guests so again thank you so much. I will always and forever recommend you guys to anyone I know as I do truly believe you’re the best out there.
