Our wedding was planned throughout covid as we got engaged the day before the national lockdown so we knew wedding planning wasn’t going to be straight forward in the early stages with all of the restrictions! We met with Charlotte who supported us through the wedding planning process, she arranged venue viewings and gave recommendations for reliable suppliers and made contact with them on our behalf (and they were all absolutely brilliant!!!). As well as offering her advice when it came to venue decoration and flowers - something we had no idea about and really appreciated the guidance . Charlotte co-ordinated the running order of the day and communicated amongst suppliers. On the day, it ran so smoothly, Charlotte worked in the background to ensure everything was in order so we didn’t need to worry about anything. In the lead up, people would tell us that wedding planning is extremely stressful, however we didn’t feel any of that and we’re so relaxed, thanks to Charlotte!

We initially contacted Charlotte a couple of years ago to plan our wedding. She was brilliant from the get go - extremely responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. The pandemic hit and we had to re arrange our wedding. Charlotte went over and beyond to sort this for us. It was an extremely stressful time and Charlotte made everything so easy for us. We had our wedding last week and it was Perfect. Everything was arranged meticulously to the last detail. Everyone commented how great it was. I am so so glad we contacted Charlotte. She takes all of the stress away and allows you to enjoy the whole process. Would recommend all couples use her to plan your most perfect wedding! thank you so much xxx

Charlotte planned our wedding for well over a year from start to finish. I would highly recommend her services, nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte, from recommending and booking all of our suppliers to answering all of my queries and organising the finer details on the day. We were always in constant communication with each other. She always remembered everything I mentioned about my vision and the aesthetics for the day and her attention to detail really stood out for me. All of our guests commented how well organised our wedding day was and it really took the stress away from us on the day so that we could just sit back, take it all in and enjoy ourselves. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner, without a doubt go for it, and Charlotte won’t disappoint, she is incredibly passionate about her career and the role she plays with each couple she works with. Hiring Charlotte Elise Wedding & Events was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Charlotte helped with the sourcing and booking of suppliers and it was amazing to have access to her knowledge. Once booked she handled the venue and all suppliers brilliantly taking all the stresses of us. On the run up to our wedding day she ensured they all knew timings and answered any questions, she also made sure we hadn’t forgotten anything (even ordering some items for us!) On our wedding day Charlotte coordinated everyone (caterers, band, production etc) and helped with the setting up. Knowing Charlotte was there meant that we didn't have to worry once and looking back it was essential in helping us enjoy our wedding day. Afterwards many of our guests commented on how well the day flowed and it was great to hear what an amazing time our friends and family had. Exceed events hosted and "DJ'd" at our wedding this year. We were unsure about having a host for our wedding initially, but now we realise what a great decision it was! Paul Roberts is a genuinely a brilliant guy and was available at a moment's notice, both in the lead up and during the wedding day itself. We can't speak highly enough of him and the team at Exceed. He created a brilliant atmosphere at the wedding and was able to tailor the service he delivered to a very diverse audience, including catering to a wide variety of music choices and a multicultural crowd. He managed to hit the perfect balance. I didn't realise the level of detail a wedding host/ DJ could go into, but Paul had thought about everything and was excellent at alleviating any concerns we had and took a huge amount of pressure off us in our planning. On a bit more of a personal level, I (the groom) was very nervous about giving a speech at the wedding, but Paul gave me some tips in the build up and then even dropped me a text on the day afterwards to say I'd done a good job. Exceed were able to provide a 'portal' where we could choose songs for our wedding/ party which was a nice touch and gave Paul a flavour of what we wanted at our wedding. Thank you so much Paul and the team at Exceed. You made a huge contribution to our special day and we will forever be grateful! Would definitely recommend and use again for any future events.

Helen & Patryk We had the pleasure of working with Exceed Events for our wedding reception at Mytton Fold Hotel, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Our DJ was included in the package, and we decided to add a percussionist and saxophonists to elevate the experience. It was the best decision we made—the live elements brought an incredible energy to the dance floor, and everyone kept commenting on how amazing the night was! The booking process was seamless, and the team at Exceed Events was incredibly helpful, accommodating all of our requests with ease. Their professionalism and dedication ensured that everything went off without a hitch. Thank you to the entire team for making our wedding reception unforgettable! Yesterday was second time that I worked with Helen at Peckforton Castle, so many special and unique aspects were brought into play at this event, I can still hear the gasps of appreciation from the guests, the whole day ran like clockwork. I know what I'm talking about when I heap praise on Helen, I've been around the block having managed luxury hotels around the world for over 20 years and in my second career as a toastmaster for 15 years. I can tell you that Helen is right up there at the top of her profession On Saturday last once again I had the pleasure of working with Helen for a wedding at the palatial Old Palace, Chester. From the very start at Chester Cathedral to the first dance and conclusion it all ran perfectly with Helen and her team quietly, calmly & most efficiently ensuring this special day had a most successful outcome.

Excellent service from start to finish for my daughters wedding .Rebecca facilitated everything from the save the date cards to the invites , orders of service and flowers for both the church and the venue . Many lovely comments received about the table centrepieces etc and how the flowers matched the bridesmaid dresses beautifully ( all matched to a small piece of material due to location) . I have booked Matt as events4 a few times now for personal family events and he has always gone that extra mile to make it the perfect personal event . Every last detail in place. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. Tor we thank you so much for all your hard work, time and just being fab! You are welcome at the farm any time :) xxx

From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!
