The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We went for brunch and the food was amazing. We had some pancakes as a dessert which were delicious and the presentation was fantastic.
Relaxed atmosphere not too busy but not ghostly quiet. Roast beef was perfect and staff were friendly and helpfully enough without being annoying and in your face.
First time at the Vault . My only complaint would be, do the customers leaving not know how to close the door.
The food was excellent. Tasty , fresh and delicious.
A table of four , choosing two bottles of wine, sharing platter for a starter and small plates as tapas etc. the bill was £118 and was well worth it.
Customer service was very efficient and friendly . Only three visible staff working to a full restaurant as we arrived and nearly the last table to leave .
Will definitely call at the Vault again.
