Even though I had looked at dresses before and had chosen one, Jess was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable, we found a dress that was much more suited to my style and ideal dress. I visited Jess at Gracie Bleu way back in October 2022 to find my dress for our June 2024 wedding! Jess has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of me finding my dress all the way to altering and collecting my dress for the big day. At Gracie Bleu they offer off the peg and ordered dresses which I think is fantastic, suitable to all budgets. Jess didn’t pressure me into buying, she was patient, kind and so understanding of what I was looking for. I would highly recommend all the team from Gracie Bleu to help you find your dream dress. Also Donna, the in-house seamstress, was incredible too. My dress was too big as I opted for an off the peg dress just by chance. She did a phenomenal job and made it fit perfectly. Jess was absolutely amazing through the whole dress choosing process. Such a fun happy bubbly person who makes you feel special. I found my perfect dress straight away. I was lucky in that the dress needed little alterations but I have to give credit to her seamstress Donna as well as you would never know the dress had a few bits changed - her work was flawless. So so happy with the service from start to finish

From the first contact back in October 2023 where I came in for the appointment with a list of dresses to try on right the way through to collecting my dress 2 days before the big day, you have been amazing. I can’t thank you enough for being so accommodating to the multiple dress try ons between buying it at my first appointment through to first fitting. At 58 years old and second time around, I felt a little awkward taking my mum to look at wedding dresses but Jess was absolutely fabulous from the minute we walked through the door :-) So many gorgeous dresses to choose from, I was spoilt for choice until I spotted my dream dress on the mannequin. Jess made me feel very special and despite setting out 'just to have a look' I bought the one and only dress I tried on the same day. Couple of months before the wedding, mum and I went back to meet Donna, another lovely lady who did an amazing job of shortening the dress and again making me feel a million dollars.
