Staff are always really friendly and helpful. No question is stupid to them which is especially helpful to an over thinker like myself when it comes to my pets. I've experience end of life with my last dog at this vets and it was all I could of asked for and the after care was wonderful. I'll be sad if I move and can no longer use this vets.

After an awful experience (where my dog was burnt) at a local vets, I joined White Cross Tividale around a year ago. I cannot fault them at all. Their appointments always run to a reasonable time, yet you're not rushed out. They explain everything to you, and how much it costs and don't rip you off in the slightest. All the staff are animal lovers and incredibly friendly and I am so glad I've found such a good vets that I trust. Thank you so much - 5 star in my opinion!

First time with my two dogs and was very pleased with every thing from the receptionist to the vet .. had very useful information that’s never been told us before .. 👍

Staff warm and friendly and Bonnie the vet excellent throughly examined my puppy and reminded me that I had a voucher to use on my pet plan I would definitely recommend using white Cross vets in Oakham Tividale Could not thank them enough
