Simply exceptional! The clinic is amazingly cat friendly with a pleasant and relaxing waiting room. Feliway in use, calming music, cat only, and side tables so carriers don't have to go on the floor, even blankets available to cover up cat carriers if needed. Staff were also incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly.
We saw Emma today. Despite also dealing with an emergency appointment this morning, she was incredible - she listened attentively, was patient, examined my cat in depth, and with care. She also discussed every step and option available without pressure.
Couldn't praise the staff here enough, everyone was so friendly and I am amazed at the genuine care, patience, attentiveness, and knowledge. I am grateful to have discovered the clinic through The Grapevine local magazine.
Would highly recommend to any cat owners.
Hamish is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate vet who has a superior level of knowledge compared to other vets. I have recommended him to family friends countless times. I drive an hour to see Hamish as I know my cats will be given the best possible treatment. I only wish I'd found this vet sooner to have saved some heartbreak with other vets.
Great place so friendly. Looked after my cat really well . Highly recommended
Staff are always lovely and friendly, such a welcoming and supportive environment. We take all of our cats here and they’ve always had the best treatment possible. Recommend to anyone, wouldn’t go anywhere else 🐈
We used the cat clinic recently for our very poorly 1 year old cat. The cat clinic saw him straight away and after prompt investigations coinciding with symptomatic treatment, we did unfortunately have to say goodbye.
Following his euthanasia, we received a hand written card, which included personal touches they had remembered, which we appreciated.
I should mention fairness in cost, compared to a well known vets we had used the day prior, which makes such a difference when you need multiple treatments and services in an emergency like this, as their wellbeing is priority.
As devastated as we are, the cat clinic will now be first point of call for our other cat's care in the future (hopefully under better circumstances).
