My poor little rat, Rue, went to sleep yesterday at companion care. The experience from start to finish was so kind and compassionate. On the phone they were gentle explaining our options, and when we entered the receptionists were so lovely. When we were called in the vet did a check over to make sure it was the right decision which made me feel at ease knowing it was 100% the best choice. The vet explained everything start to finish and was so incredibly patient. She got Rue a blanket and let us spend as much time as we needed with her. Afterwards she was still lovely and reminisced about Rue with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience within such a sad situation. Everyone working there is understanding and caring. I couldn’t recommend anywhere better.
Great experience. Took my two dogs for their annual boosters and my experience was excellent. First time visit after transferring from Vale in Kidderminster. I've been waiting for availability to register my pets as they closed their list for a long time.
The receptionist could have been more friendly but the vet was lovely..she was really nice to my dogs and chatted to them whilst examining them. She was very thorough and I loved her manner.
Waiting time was almost zero and the price very reasonable - cheaper than my previous vets.
All in all, very impressed.
I was dubious about going there because we had a terrible experience with another vets inside Pets at Home. I was pleasantly surprised!! The staff are lovely! We had our Sphynx spayed and she was nice and toasty warm when we collected her. Their prices are much more reasonable than other vets. I really would have liked to go to an independent surgery but theirs and other chains were nearly another 50% more expensive. Highly recommend and they will be where we take our pets from now on.
Staff are very friendly and really made me feel reassured when I took my dog in for a check up after suspected seizure, quality of care is amazing and advice offered was great. This vets definitely care more about pets wellbeing than money and prices are reasonable too I would definitely recommend this vets
Would recommend these vets took our dog there on 22nd Jan 2020 as an emergency case, did everything they could. Then decided to register all 3 of our dogs after visiting them 5 times in under a week as our 1 dog wasn’t better and having a blood test we unfortunately lost 1 of our 3 there empathy, even sent us a sympathy card. Thanks companion vets will be recommending you in the future.
