This vet hospital is superb. My dog is currently in and out but they saved her life when she went into renal failure back in October. The vets are professional and take the time to talk everything through in detail. The facilities are state of the art and I felt comfort knowing whilst my dog was in ICU she had the best possible care. It's a journey for me to get to but I wouldn't take her anywhere else. When it came to payment reception were really helpful and insurance claims were dealt with quickly. Highly recommend.

I have had to use Blaise twice in the last year, one for my dog, Sidney, who was a referral and the second time was the out of hours service for my elderly dog Tom. Sadly both occasions didn't have a good outcome as circumstances were beyond anyone's control. I just want to say how lovely everyone was with my dogs and how caring and professional they were. Everyone seemed to be so kind and caring and I know my pets were in the best hands. They seem to have genuine empathy when things are not good. Thank you to all concerned.

Exceptional Care and Compassion

I cannot express enough gratitude to Blaise Veterinary Practice for the exceptional care they provided to our beloved dog Seamus during their chemotherapy treatment. From the moment we walked through the doors, the team treated us with kindness, understanding, and professionalism that went above and beyond our expectations.
The vets and support staff took the time to explain every step of the treatment process in a way that was easy to understand, putting my mind at ease during what was a very emotional and challenging time. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, and offer reassurance when it was needed most.
What truly stood out was their genuine care and compassion for my dog. They made sure every visit was as comfortable and stress-free as possible. My dog received not just expert medical attention but also love and affection from everyone involved.
Thanks to their incredible expertise and dedication, my dog is doing much better now, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team especially Margo, Daphne and the reception team to help us through this journey. My 9 week old kitten was send here by the PDSA for emergency out of hours treatment after she completely broke her leg. The way the staff dealt with the situation and treated her was incredible, they were so so caring, supportive and also informative about what had happened to her, and what could possibly be done to help her. We arrived again this morning to collect her and she looked significantly happier and content without any pain. Genuinely couldn’t be happier with her care.

We cannot thank the staff at Blaise Veterinary Hospital enough for their kindness and compassion during such a difficult time. Our beloved guinea pig Chewie passed away at home today (a Saturday), and with our local vets closed, we were struggling to find help. Our other local clinics wouldn’t take him, but from the moment we called, Blaise was amazing.

The staff on the phone were incredibly kind and empathetic, making it seem like it was no trouble at all for us to bring him in. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and offered a drink before being taken into a private room by the vet. Her bedside manner was exceptional - she checked him over gently and was so reassuring.

She also took his paw and snout prints for us, which was a lovely, thoughtful gesture, and explained the cremation options with great care. On our way out, the reception staff expressed their condolences with such sincerity.

In a heartbreaking time, the team made us feel supported and cared for. It was a truly heartfelt experience, and we are so grateful to them for going above and beyond. Thank you for everything.
