“Just when you felt locksdown couldn't get anymore stressful, Arthur needed TPLO . The whole team at East of England made this a relaxed and friendly process, with amazing attention to detail. Their reports were simple to digest and understand. Their sevice was second to none. Not being allowed the normal involvement due to restrictions could have been a problem, but the entire team made this as fluid and stress free as it could be. You actually feel as though you are part of a family as the service is so intimate. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was luckiy enough to meet Martin and Sebastian who were outstanding.
