We had to have our little Loki put to sleep and everyone was lovely. In the lead up to this the vets did everything they could to help him

Having overcharged me , I was pleased that the manager got in touch and rectified the problem. I thought this was very good conduct.

The staff were very sensative and caring when i took my little dog to be cremated..when i collected him , i was overwhelmed by the kind gestures that was given along with his ashes , a hand written card and some seeds to plant in his memory . The staff were very understanding and caring when i came in to collect my boy...thankyou Highfield staff .

I took my 15 year old male cat yesterday 24 th August 2022 as a Emergency appointment due to him not being well for the last 30 hours. The receptionist was very helpful, polite and caring. I got a appointment very quickly saw the vet which done tests and injections on my cat explained everything which was wrong with my cat. You can tell all the staff that work here love and really care for the animals Expensive price's but worth the money.

Expensive like all veterinary places but not exorbitant like them either. The highest levels of expertise and equipment can be found here. Wherever you go now you’ll need deep pockets or high levels of insurance from a good company.

We were told of a possible 4 hour wait but when we arrived after 9.30 at night with our very poorly Bichon, a vet came out within 10 minutes of arrival. From Gate Security to Reception and registering, nothing was too much trouble and our pooch was handled with great care. She examined him thoroughly and although the end did not have a happy outcome (he was over 14 years), he was treated with respect and the vet was just as sad as we were when we said our final goodbyes. We cannot say enough and thank the Royal Veterinary team.

I’ve been to many vets for my dog storm, she has a hereditary eye problem and was taken to the RVC as an emergency due to an eye ulcer from a previous surgery that wasn’t done right at a different vet, the staff at RVC were so kind and comforting and explained everything so well. The best veterinary services I have ever experienced and thanks to them my storm didn’t lose her site!

Big thank you to reception and to the vet who came out to my emergency when sadly I had to have my sheep euthanised. Both were calm, friendly and caring during a traumatic time for me. Would throughly recommend.

We had Cassie attend an out of hours call out and she was brilliant throughout! She explained every step of what needed to be done, she saw nothing as an obstacle and remained professional and realistic! Highly recommend and thank you for all your help!

Lauren came out to check our pony after she had been lame for sometime. Her kindness and compassion towards Rosie was extremely reassuring. Her explanation was very straightforward and unhurried. Lauren cane up with various options for us to consider. We never felt pressured, just informed. I would certainly recommend her.

Excellent, we have used Hammonds vets on multiple occasions for many of our fury children. My elderly grandmother with mobility issues called me today extremely upset that her beloved elderly chihuahua was very unwell. They attended her home quickly and with great professionalism and compassion peacefully put her dog to sleep. Thank you so much for being so kind.

Staff are all fantastic, reception & accounts very friendly. Nursing staff are amazing, all very caring and just lovely lovely people. Can't rate them highly enough. Our dog has been well cared for and is still receiving excellent treatment with Hydrotherapy.

We have been going here for more years than I can remember for our dogs to donate blood. This is so important, it could save a dogs life. The nurses that take the donation are very caring and always remeber the dogs names when we visit. If you have dogs who can donate, it a good day out. My wife that is disabled always enjoys it. Please contact them, if you feel that this is something your dog and you could do.

The treatment my daughter's cat received was excellent. Even when the treatment had to be extended due to the non arrival of the radioactive drug required they did not charge for the extra stay or demand we returned (over 100nmiles to collect her cat). All dealings with RVC have been good and the staff seem great. Reception is generally clean, nice to see cats and dogs separated and special units to place your cat and it's carrier in.

Came here after vet referred us for undiagnosed issue - staff was efficient and considerate, explained everything in detail. Got 2-3 update calls daily while my cat was admitted. Thank you so much for taking good care of her!

Very friendly and professional place. We took our kitten twice for routine vaccination and check-ups. The lady in the reception is very helpful and always great, everyone with the smile. She has a lot of patience for my 3 years old. It's definitely our favourite vet! Edit. Came back after a year. Still the best vet service! Everyone very professional but also friendly. First class. I immediately felt complete confidence with the woman vet who treated my dog and, more importantly, he felt relaxed as he was being examined. I knew he was in safe hands. Stars off the scale.

My precious Tyger was referred to Davies as there was a problem with one of his eyes and our own Vet had said the eye would probably be have to be removed 😞 We were treated with empathy and the staff were so caring and treated Tyger with such care and concern.The process for Tyger was explained from start to finish and concern was shown to myself too. Tyger had surgery and is now at home making a good recovery my heart felt thanks to all at Davies for the caring treatment of Tyger 😻

Genuinely blown away but this outstanding facility and all the lovely happy staff that work here. Our sausage was admitted for investigative work today and the love and support received for her was amazing. Our vet Sophie was remarkable. So kind and caring but clearly very knowledgeable and excellent at her job and able to relay information in a really understandable way. For the first time ever I had no problem leaving my little sausage as I knew in my heart she was going to be so loved and looked after and she definitely was. She’s a very anxious soul and she was unusually happy at this vets and not obviously shaking and anxious like she usually would be. The reception team were also fantastic and incredibly friendly. Will definitely be recommending to everyone!

Excellent specialist centre with professional specialists. Detailed diagnosis given along with kindness and care to my pet Florence who is a very anxious little dog. Julian was very thorough, explained the procedure and diagnosis in detail, has followed up with us since leaving with advice and blood results. Highly recommend for complex animal health issues and specialised care.

I always have the best experiences when i take my pets to this vet, and ive been going there for around 7 years. The main vet, Paul, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and efficient. The nurses are also lovely. I feel very grateful to have this practice as my local veterinary practice 🙏

My dog never used to like going to the vet but he pulls us in the door now. Loves all the vet nurses and charges in the minute Paul calls him. Always comes out wagging his tail. Paul has always picked up and treated any problems straight away. Very happy.

Excellent Vets, my previous two dogs used to come here and my current dog does spanning 20 years now. All the Vets are very caring and kind but my Staffy adores Vet Chloe, so I always ask for her. Whoever answers the phone on reception is also very helpful and polite and all the Nurses are brilliant and caring.

I cannot recommend this vet practice enough.From the moment I contacted them regarding having my Springer 'Bailey Boo' PTS yesterday 10.4.25.The practice manager was so compassionate and understanding,the vet nurse present while he was PTS was absolutley amazing and so caring.The vet herself when above and beyond to explain what was going to happen,asked if she could start.I have nothing but praise for these guy's.Thankyou for making an upsetting experience into a calm,peaceful experience. Muttley first went to Good companions as a pup but after that never needed a vet. He was a beautiful cockerpoo. In his 12th year he became very poorly. It happened so fast and there was nothing that could be done. Chloe was amazing. Kind caring and professional. Chloe and Harriet came to us as we didn’t want Muttley to take his final sleep anywhere else but in his home. They were so kind and caring. We were given all the information we needed and were consulted every step of the way. Muttley went to sleep peacefully with us holding him. He wagged his tail till the end. Thank you for being so careful and loving to him. The footprint, fur, forget me not seeds you sent made me cry but we will treasure them❤️ Thank you x

Having tried a couple of practices and not been happy I moved all my pets over a year ago (Labrador, cat and tortoises) to Chestnut Vets. I am really happy with the service I have received. Particularly from Chris Snow. He is caring and has a brilliant way of explaining everything so you know all your options and can make an informed decision on a plan of action (when faced with difficult decisions.) All treatment recommended has been made with the best interest of the particular pet which has not always felt this way in the past. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Got recommended this vets by a friend and we have been so impressed by them. Have been with them for almost two years and I think you would struggle to find more caring and compassionate people who work there. Receptionists are always SO helpful and informative, you get welcomed with such warm smiles, any vet or nurse we have interacted with have been absolutely fantastic and they all genuinely love and care about all animals. Reception Always friendly and the vets give great advice. Especially recently when i enqired about neutering my dog.

Our greyhound had many teeth taken out a month ago and my husband and I were so impressed with the level of care and professionalism shown towards our dog and ourselves. We only joined the practice last Summer and we have nothing but praise for all the staff we come across. The reception staff are always accommodating either over the phone or in person and when our dog had the operation we were so impressed with Chris and Chloe. So happy to have them.

I cannot fault the wonderful care given to my late rescue dog, Luna by the whole team at the Ware branch throughout her life with us. I won't hesitate to register my next pet with themselves.
