We had to have our little Loki put to sleep and everyone was lovely. In the lead up to this the vets did everything they could to help him

I took my 15 year old male cat yesterday 24 th August 2022 as a Emergency appointment due to him not being well for the last 30 hours. The receptionist was very helpful, polite and caring. I got a appointment very quickly saw the vet which done tests and injections on my cat explained everything which was wrong with my cat. You can tell all the staff that work here love and really care for the animals Expensive price's but worth the money.

Having overcharged me , I was pleased that the manager got in touch and rectified the problem. I thought this was very good conduct.

I'm an inexperienced dog owner. The vets and all staff have been very understanding of that. They've given great advice, been accommodating of appointments at short notice and just generally really helpful. They send reminders of appointments, are able to rearrange when circumstances change and the fees are reasonable. I'm very pleased I have my dog registered here. I feel she's well looked after. My only comment would be parking can be difficult!

Expensive like all veterinary places but not exorbitant like them either. The highest levels of expertise and equipment can be found here. Wherever you go now you’ll need deep pockets or high levels of insurance from a good company.

I’ve been to many vets for my dog storm, she has a hereditary eye problem and was taken to the RVC as an emergency due to an eye ulcer from a previous surgery that wasn’t done right at a different vet, the staff at RVC were so kind and comforting and explained everything so well. The best veterinary services I have ever experienced and thanks to them my storm didn’t lose her site!

Been to 4 vet's so far. This hospital blew the others out of the water. The level of care and professionalism stood out massively. Hatfield is the first place I felt confident to book my frenchie in for nose surgery. Andrea operated on my dog. She was fantastic. I have only had bad experiences with other vet's in the past, Medivet being the absolute worst, so avoid!! I am thrilled with service and level of aftercare.11/10

Staff are all fantastic, reception & accounts very friendly. Nursing staff are amazing, all very caring and just lovely lovely people. Can't rate them highly enough. Our dog has been well cared for and is still receiving excellent treatment with Hydrotherapy.

We have been going here for more years than I can remember for our dogs to donate blood. This is so important, it could save a dogs life. The nurses that take the donation are very caring and always remeber the dogs names when we visit. If you have dogs who can donate, it a good day out. My wife that is disabled always enjoys it. Please contact them, if you feel that this is something your dog and you could do.

First time visit recommended by my vet..my 10 month old dog had to have an eye operation. I was very happy with the service I received and operation went well it's been just weeks and had a check up and staff was very happy with his condition and pleased his improving well. Price was very reasonable considering they basically saved his eye sight..very happy with all round treatment from start to finish. Great hospital for animals plus staff amazing. Oh its the little Yorky..

The treatment my daughter's cat received was excellent. Even when the treatment had to be extended due to the non arrival of the radioactive drug required they did not charge for the extra stay or demand we returned (over 100nmiles to collect her cat). All dealings with RVC have been good and the staff seem great. Reception is generally clean, nice to see cats and dogs separated and special units to place your cat and it's carrier in.

Great vets. Took my new kitten there, loved that they remembered her on follow on visits and we saw same vet. Reasonable prices. Great advice and everything explained and time taken to listen to your concerns about my pet. Highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Highly recommend this vets. Helpful receptionists and knowledgeable vets. Richard is the go to for Greyhounds , he really knows his breed and is calm and sensible with his approach. A vet I have complete confidence will do the right thing for the dog and take a sympathetic view towards treatment . Many thanks

Took our little Ollie (hamster) here on monday to be put to sleep. All the staff showed compassion and made a very upsetting experience calm and peaceful.

Great Value and vet was happy to answer all of our questions. The £15 subscription is great value for money. I wish I knew about this when I had my last dog.

Marta at Medivet Stanstead Abbotts was absolutely brilliant as usual. After using her expertise for nearly 15 years she never fails to make both owners and dogs alike feel very welcome, very comfortable and gives the greatest of care and advice. The staff are always very polite and knowledgeable and the new practice location is absolutely superb.

Just moved to this practice and I am very happy with service I have had so far for my two rescue dogs.

Marta quickly diagnosed my sick dog with a slipped disc and organised an emergency operation for that afternoon. I’m very grateful for all the kindness and professionalism shown by all the staff.. thanks guys

I always have the best experiences when i take my pets to this vet, and ive been going there for around 7 years. The main vet, Paul, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and efficient. The nurses are also lovely. I feel very grateful to have this practice as my local veterinary practice 🙏

My dog never used to like going to the vet but he pulls us in the door now. Loves all the vet nurses and charges in the minute Paul calls him. Always comes out wagging his tail. Paul has always picked up and treated any problems straight away. Very happy.

A great and friendly service the receptionist was very friendly even after my dog left her a little present on the mat. The vet himself was very helpful with great knowledge and a very calming voice

It's not an easy experience getting my cat to the vet as she hates leaving the house but the vets we have seen over the years have all been very good.

Took my dog Clyde to vets today.Nurses were very good and professional, and caring towards Clyde. Lindsay the vet was very caring and professional. He took time to examine Clyde and try to reassure Clyde, as unfortunately Clyde gets very anxious. Lindsay explained everything very clearly and carefully to me. Excellent care for my anxious Clyde. What looked like being a major stressful visit, turned out the opposite ! Our 2 x kittens first visit to vet for jabs, microchips, check up etc. They were obviously scared but stayed still during everything and even fell asleep in reception, waiting for me to fill out the forms. The whole atmosphere there is calm and Pedros was so calming for the fur babies and handled everything beautifully. Am happy now that follow up visits will be fine 😻

We joined Medivet’s a few weeks ago and have visited a couple of times already for puppy vaccines etc. Lindsey is amazing and you can see how much he loves his job and animals. Always been informative and gentle with our puppy who is not anxious at all in his hands. Staff at reception are helpful and always at hand to help with any questions. Really lucky to have such an amazing vets on our doorstep. Thank you
