Unfortunately our hamster had to get put to sleep. Rian was so lovely about it and my 9 year old son received a card and some seeds to sprinkle on where Bubbles was buried. Such a thoughtful thing to do. They have also always been amazing with our dog he seems to now be bionic !!

The best vets around! All members of the team have been so kind and helpful. I've called the nurses for advice and they've listened and been so informative, the vets never make us feel rushed and were so patient with us when I first brought my rescue dog to them. The receptionists are lovely too - giving me plenty of reassurance when I was worried about my dog having to go inside by himself during Covid restrictions

Very good vets the reception team are welcoming and helpful and the vet was lovely with my mums dog who I'd taken in with a rash and flea problem he's all better now and a very happy chap. Well done to the team 😊

A wonderful clinic. My golden retriever was unwell but the reasons were not obvious. Gila took a complete history and examined him thoroughly. Her manner was gentle and reassuring and my dog relaxed as if with an old friend. At this clinic you'll find a group of very special people who care about animals and make the decisions that are best for them. Thank you Gila and thank you Friars Moor. (The staff are also very kind on the phone and go out of their way to help.)

I have a bearded dragon that I rescued and Stan has been wonderful, explaining all the things I needed to know as she has MBD and a mouth rot. I have been three times to Magnolia House and each time, I have felt nothing but welcome and reassured by all staff. Stan was also very understanding of my financial situation and thought this through before telling me what needed to be done. I'm very happy with Magnolia House and would definitely recommend any body with Exotic pets to go here.

Our tortoise had suffered what we thought was a prolapse. Having been with our local vet Seadown for many years previously, we called then for advice. The receptionist at Seadown was very unhelpful and told us that because it had been over 4 years since our last appointment, we would have to re-register, which could take 6 to 8 weeks. We were not offered an appointment. So we contacted Magnolia House vets, and the service we received was second to none. The receptionist was more than helpful, and despite having to register and being fully booked, we were offered a 6pm appointment that day. On our arrival, the receptionist was cheerful and very helpful. The vetinary surgeon, Esme, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and extremely attentive and explained everything. We left Amber with them. Whatever the outcome, we could find no fault in the service we received and believe Amber will receive the best care possible. 12 out of 10. Thank you.

Had my puppy vaccinated and given best advice. Very friendly people and knowledgeable. Denzil the frenchie goes back in for his last injection in a couple of weeks.

A lovely vets and a very friendly staff but molly on the reception she was so lovely and took the time to comfort me though the hard time I definitely recommend this vets to anyone but molly u was a star 🌟 thank u so such I can't thank u enough x

The vets are incredibly knowledgeable, are so caring towards my dog & made him feel at ease. Nursing team are very sweet & friendly as is the reception team. My dog is a rescue & I have only had him 2 months. They got his shots & wellness done & gave me loads of advice. Edit: I have now been with them for 3 years & the doctor saved my dog's spine. She gave us a treatment we followed to the letter & he is back to prancing around & playing more enthusiastically. The Pet Scheme we paid monthly has saved us a fortune but does not replace Pet Insurance. With both, we were able to afford all the treatments for his spine.

Can't fault my little shiht zu was brought in to be spayed they found a hernia whilst operating dealt with everything. Great vet and brilliant after care from the nurses. Thank you.

Taking a pet to the Vets is sometimes a worrying time, however, the staff are all so kind and helpful. They put you at ease and you feel in safe hands. Very professional, and good service. I would recommend them.

Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo it’s a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available 😋

I can’t thank you guys enough for what you did for our Minnie and for Tobi and his team Minnie had to have heart surgery as she had a heart murmur at grade 6 and with her being such a tiny puppy we thout we were going to lose her but luckily the surgery worked and she now a normal puppy these guys really were amazing thankyou for all did for us and Minnie

All staff are fabulous! There receptionists are pleasant to talk to and kind. The nursing staff are second to none. The veterinary surgeons are professional, caring, very knowledgeable, gentle and sympathetic. Our cats have had more than 9 lives because of these people. Veterinary surgeon Modestas has known our cats for over 16 years. He has nurtured and loved our twin gingers and saved Sox many times with his fantastic knowledge of medication and procedures since he was 2 years old. We are so very grateful for everything he has done. We recently sadly, said goodbye to Sox. The care and respect for him and us was very touching. We can, without any hesitation recommend Kingston Vets in Yeovil.

Lovely vets. My dog has, unfortunately, needed a lot of various treatments over the last few years and I have been completely happy each and every time. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I feel confident that the care they give my dog is as good as I could ever hope for.

Visited the clinic for my dog's annual checkup, booster and kennel cough vaccine, everything went well, all spaces are exemplary clean and everyone was friendly. Me and Max left the clinic happy, thanks everyone.

Couldn’t recommend Natterjacks enough. Our vet is Vicki, who is the absolute best. She’s so kind & knows my dog inside out, all of his lumps and bumps etc. She reassures us & puts us at ease. Going to the vets isn’t always a pleasant experience but it is with Natterjacks. Thank you, all!

We have been visiting Natterjacks for years with our pooch. Fortunately for us, we don't have to visit very often as our dog is strong and healthy but when we do, we always find them to be professional, kind and most of all caring. Our last visit was for annual vaccinations, our appointment was on time, our pooch was put at ease and didn't appear to realise he'd had an injection. Have used Natterjacks Vets Bournemouth for many years now. Really great vets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Took our two cats Lily and Honey recently for their yearly health check and vaccinations. All went well although Lily had a little accident in her carrier on the way there bless her. The lovely vet I think her name is Katie was so good about it and cleaned her up. She was lovely and gave them a good check over. Lily has some gum disease and Katie recommend a toothpaste for her. Honey was a bit naughty which is unusual for as normally she is brilliant at the vets. Katie was so good with her and patient. Would recommend this place although I think they are fully booked I'm not surprised as they have a good reputation.

Unfortunately we had to say our last goodbyes to our elderly pug on Monday. After a rapid decline in health over the weekend, I was offered an emergency appointment only 2 hours after I phoned. My vet was Louise. She assessed the situation and ran through all of our options in order to help our loyal companion. We had to come to the decision when we got home that the kindest option for Elsie was to let her go. There are no words that will express the gratitude that I have for Louise, for making what was the hardest day of my life so far, bearable. She made it so peaceful, so calm and managed to make it a comforting experience all whilst validating our decision and emotions. By far the best vet I have ever dealt with over the years and I will always look back on this experience and say “Thankyou Louise” and I am sure that Elsie is out there somewhere equally grateful for making her last few moments so tranquil. Thankyou. Thankyou. Thankyou.

Newton Clarke Vets is absolutely fantastic, always have time for you and explains treatment and advice so you understand. Also the monthly pet plan they have is great and highly recommend joining. We have been with the clinic for years, and have never had any issues. We have found the staff friendly, and helpful. The vets seems knowledgeable and all our animals have been calm within their setting. As with all veterinary clinics the costs have spiraled, however they offer monthly plans, that cover regular flea, tick and worm treatments, and consultations.

Best vets by far I have ever found. They are so helpful and so professional always happy to help and always treat my fur babies like their own. They were so great yesterday when we had to take our boy in after eating things he shouldn't but he got lots of cuddles from the nurse and that made him feel so much better

I had the very unfortunate experience of having to put my cat to sleep a few days ago which was very sudden and not expected. But we were so impressed with Kai who was extremely kind, compassionate and empathetic towards us but also our cat Hugo. It was a really difficult time but Kai and the nurse who also helped him were wonderful and made a very sad occasion more bearable with both of their gentle presence. I cannot thank them enough :)

My little puppy is now 8 months old and has had more than his fair share of treatment for such a little pup. Aniwell at Alderney has been exceptional, they have guided us through major surgery procedures, insurance procedures as well as minor ailments. Everyone at Aniwell has shown compassion & concern, everything has been dealt with swiftly and we have been guided by their amazing advice. We feel that our little dog has received the very best care and treatment available. He has always appeared to be comfortable with the vets that he has seen, they are a very knowledgeable team of professionals.

Everyone is great, a very welcoming practice. They know Cariad & she likes going to visit them. And now our little Ruby is happy too. Very professional, kind & caring.

Finally found a vets who offer a fantastic service, with a genuine friendly team (reception team and vet were amazing) who really do care. They offered informative advice and excellent (pre and post op) healthcare with my dogs. The facilities were very impressive and my dogs loved the spacious waiting area with a lovely greeting and biscuit treat from the reception team. I highly recommend Vetsmiths - pop in and take a look, you won’t be disappointed!

We have been with Vetsmiths since Sam and Chris opened their Surgery. Our beautiful rescue boy Barney has been looked after so well by everyone. The whole team and the care is outstanding in every aspect and it truly is an absolutely wonderful place. Barney recently had to have surgery and I can honestly say that his op and after care was fantastic. Due to unseen circumstances caused by dog sitter that left us heartbroken but Vetsmiths has been there every step of the way with giving their love and affection into ensuing Milo is giving the best care possible. She has honestly helped my family through this difficult time with constant updates of Milo and ensuring that his health is improving with regular appointments. Just had an introductory appointment at Vetsmiths. Really lovely vets with friendly people and a nice environment. Rita on reception, was very friendly and welcoming . We saw Martha and both my boys were happy with her which is very good as it is important to me that they are relaxed when they have to visit !!
