All the vets seem very pleasant and helpful, the nurses likewise. Separate waiting area for cats/dogs works well. A nice car park at Wincanton rounds off a satisfying experience.
A friendly welcome for both Ruby and myself with quick knowledgeable service from both reception staff and vet and a much appreciated treat for Ruby
Always go to Southill and the care is exemplary every time. Huge thank you to the whole team.
