Telephoned on Tuesday came out on Thursday to inspect my roof and quoted the same day I accepted and they carried out the repairs in full on Tuesday an Excellent job would definitely recommend

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at CR Roofing. They have been absolutely amazing! My roof first started to leak in March 2018, with water running down into one of the bedrooms and then into the dining room beneath. The problem was intermittent. Sometimes it would be pouring down outside, but there would be no leak. Other times there’d be light rain and the water would start to drip in. I thought the wind direction might have something to do with the problem, but there was no consistency there either which added to my confusion and frustration. I lost count of the number of roofers who came to take a look at the roof between March 2018 and May 2021. In fairness, the majority were honest in saying that the roof was in good condition and they couldn’t find any cracked tiles or areas where the water may have been coming in from, so they were sorry but they couldn’t help me. I appreciated their honesty but that didn’t help much given that the problem continued. Other roofers were completely corrupt and said the roof was in a bad state and the whole thing needed replacing, which would cost thousands. I eventually googled ‘specialist roofers in Birmingham’ and was presented with CR Roofing. I called Jason and couldn’t help but start crying from the frustration and worry I’ve experienced over the last 3 years. He was absolutely amazing and said they would definitely find the source of the leak. Chris came to do the inspection and was very thorough. He took loads of photos and showed me where and why the roof was leaking. Not long after, the team came over and repaired the roof. Before, During and After photos were taken so I could see exactly what work had been done. Jason stopped by as added reassurance for me as he knew I’ve found the last 3 years very distressing. A few weeks after the roof was repaired, I called Jason and asked if one of the team could pop back to look at another part of the roof where there was still a little bit of water coming in when it rained heavily. I had been told that this can happen sometimes and that I should call them if it does. So, within a couple of days Chris was back and had sorted it out. From start to end, the whole team was amazing. They were polite, friendly, professional, reliable and courteous. They did what they said they would do, when they said they’d do it, which is something of a rarity these days. As some reviews mention, CR Roofing aren’t the cheapest. They don’t claim to be either. If you’re looking for a reliable company who get the job done and go the extra mile to help their customers then I would definitely recommend you call them.

I was experiencing a fluttering noise coming from the roof area so I called C R Roofing. I spoke to Jason who listened to my concern and was quick to book me an appointment. Chris arrived and within seconds of explaining my issue , he knew straight away what the problem was. I had too much felt overlapping on the fascia, which was causing it to vibrate when it was windy. Chris got his ladder and cut some of the felt off. Job done. After looking at various roofer companies I’m glad I used C R Roofing as the speed of the service along with the professionalism and knowledge of both Jason and Chris was second to none. Great service and I would highly recommend this company. 10/10

I have known Chris and Jason for several years now, and this family business has always looked after me. I have met quite a few of their employees and they always seem cheerful and pleased to be there, which goes to show that it is a business which looks after its staff which speaks volumes about the company ethos. Noticed hole in roof on Saturday morning. Phoned 3 roofing companies, first 2 didn’t respond but third answered promptly and promised to come and have a look within the hour. Mike and Andrew did as they promised, identified the problem and the remedial work required. I accepted the quote and the roof was fixed on the Monday. We contacted Mike at My local roofer to quote on replacing dropped and loose ridge tiles having previously used him for some minor roof repairs over 10 years ago. Mike works closely with his dad and he came and quoted at the agreed time. After careful discussion we considered options and decided to replace the tiles with a dry ridge system. We considered the quote to be reasonable and asked about timescales. Due to a gap in their schedule, Mike and his father were able to complete the work the next day which was impressive. They arrived promptly at the agreed time carried out the work and cleaned up removing the rubbish and debris. We subsequently made payment thereafter. Obviously the dry ridge system will need to stand the test of time but we have been provided with a guarantee. We would highly recommend My Local Roofer.

Mike fixed my guttering which had been causing me issues for a long time. He was really knowledgable, polite and friendly and efficient in solving the issue. I was pleased with his work and it appears to have fixed the problem after a testing rainy winter! Would highly recommend.

Mike came promptly to assess the problem. Quoted and made arrangements to do the work. Turned up as arranged . Price same as quote. So far problem seems fixed. I would recommend this company. I will ask them to do all of my roofing work from now on.

AMH property yet again did a great job for me today. Last week replaced my flat roof on the garage. Great team of lads did the job to a high standard. Very pleased. Today completed work on my porch. Plastered the porch, lay down some floor tiles and added skirting board. Very professional job. Will not hesitate to contact them again

RL Roofline replaced some of my roof tiles which had come loose following the recent storms and recapped a chimney. Charged a good price and both guys were friendly. This was the third time they've done some work for me and I will continue to use them in the future.

What can i say ........ found Tiles damaged on my Parents house 2 days before storm due ......RL Roofline was doing work in the next street , was given a business card by one of the lads . Had ADB come out the following morning from a storm. We had a leak in our bedroom ceiling, we called some cowboy roofers to fix and they fixed from the inside charging me £400 there and then. So when we called ADB they advised us professionally that the work needed to be quickly fixed outside for £60. Trust these guys and be careful of dodgy builders. Thanks again for awesome service.

My roof suffered damage during the recent gales - (ridge tiles blown off). I made contact with Drew who visited my house without delay to inspect the damage and provided a quote which was accepted. Drew then arranged the rectification work which was completed as soon as he had availability. This was all completed within 3 days of my initial contact with Drew. An impressive service.

I hired Restell Roofing Contractors Ltd to replace our entire roof using the dry ridge system. Rob and his colleague arrived to do the work exactly when they said they would. They were polite and worked really hard to get the work finished within a few days. I am extremely happy with their work and my new roof looks great. I called Streetly Roofing regarding loose ridge tiles and made a appointment with him for quote and time scale to do the work. Mark was prompt and professional with his information and explained what needed to be done to complete the work. He called back as agreed with a quote and time scale. Having agreed to the cost I was at work on the day he did the job and when I came home the job was completed and any mess there might have been had gone. Mark is very professional and trustworthy I highly recommend him.
