John from Front Line Roofing went over and above and beyond during my roof repair. It transpired that the condition of the roof was worse than initially anticipated and essentially needs replacing which we don’t have the financing to do yet. John was understanding and his team spent the day working hard to repair and protect it to hopefully give us a few more months. He was transparent, providing clear explanations of the issues along with detailed video documentation. They also discovered some other smaller problems such as missing tiles which they repaired at no cost.

Front Line Roofing repaired my chimney flashings, cement pointing and adjacent ridge tiles. They attended when they said they were going to and provided a fast, efficient and stress-free service. They took photographs before and after so I could see, close up, the work they’d done, and the workmanship quality. Scaffolding went up and came down quickly and all rubbish removed. Good job all round.

My roof was 130 years old got it replaced 5 years ago but previous roofer didn't put lead in properly which caused rain to get in behind walls and caused flooding,

Frontline recently installed a new roof on my mid-terrace home. I am really happy with the result and also with the way John communicated with me throughout the process. I had regular discussions, explanations and photographs as the work progressed. The team of men were considerate and courteous and the work was completed quickly. The clean up work was meticulous (something I always worry about) and they made good on some minor repairs that occurred during the process.
