We asked Kent Coast Studios to convert our garage into a studio. They also had to replace the existing flat roof and rebuild one of the walls. Our experience was very positive - detailed estimates were provided and the work was completed on time, to a very high quality and to budget. They came up with creative solutions and the result exceeded our expectations. They were very polite, clean and tidy and we would definitely recommend them and also use them again in the future.

After a couple of years of searching, people not turning up or not sending quotes, we finally came across Kent Coast Studios. From start to finish, everything was professional. Gary kept us up to date with ordering and time expectations. The work was completed in about three works with both Gary and Steve working very hard to get things done. One or both would stay each day so we were never left with a half finished job. Where they could they isolated the area to reduce dust and everything was covered in dust sheets. They cleaned up after themselves also as they went along. Although we had some big changes made, you would never know from the outside. All the brickwork was carefully replaced to match existing brickwork. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Gary and his crew were fantastic. They were professional and very collaborative throughout, keeping us up to date and accurate with costs and timelines, finding great solutions within our budget, dealing with neighbours, building control and engineers and delivering complete roof repairs, new windows and a dormer. I'd recommend them any day.

Gary & Co have done a few jobs for us over the past years including most recently some guttering and repairing a crack on the exterior of our period property. All has been good quality, neat and efficient work with competitive quotes. Would recommend.
