Very fast response to the initial query regarding water ingress via the flashing. Venting the loft was advised and agreed. Work started within a few days and completed in a day. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. All waste was cleaned away. Highly recommended.

He is also aware of making things as easy as possible for the client; so in planning the scaffolding he ensured I (and neighbours) still had access to our shared driveway. MAT came to look at the work, offered some good advice on what needed doing and submitted a competitive price. They also undertook to investigate some original errors in 1960s construction which have been a problem throughout the building's life. They arrived and programme and despite horrible weather, worked around the rainy days finishing in around a week. What more could you ask?
