Ben repaired a leaking roof for us. He pinpointed the problem immediately, and completed the work quickly. He was professional and very personable, and kept us informed throughout. We would use him again, and have recommended him to our neighbours.

Ben fixed our leaking flat roof that was “repaired” by cowboy traders in October 2023. It was great to see how a professional job should be done! No payment taken until job was completed and kept us informed throughout and explained how the system he uses works. Definitely felt he went out of his way to ensure the job was done to the best possible standard.

I’ve had a persistent leak beside a dormer window which I have tried unsuccessfully to have repaired by other roofers. I found Ben on the Trading Standards website and he undertook a number of improvements to guttering, redirecting how rain drains away and replacing several areas of roof felting that had deteriorated and had been punctured. I cannot recommend Ben strongly enough, extremely personable, reliable and really knows his stuff. Thank you for a job, promptly undertaken, competitively priced and most importantly, very well done.

My partner Danny found Andy via google and going on the companies reviews, gave him a call. Andy came out to take a look at our leaking roof the same day, gave us a very reasonable price for fixing the leak, and within a week, the leaks were fixed, the gutters unblocked and reconnected at no extra cost. I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He is very professional from start to finish and extremely knowledgeable about his line of work. He came round and gave a quote which I felt was very reasonable. He was extremely accommodating and didn’t want paying until the job was complete (he did the work over two days to fit in with us). Highly Recommend I had what appeared to be a very slow leak in my roof, courtesy of what I now know was a broken tile! In a nutshell, I sent an email to Kudos on a Sunday evening in early November and by 1100 the Monday morning the job was complete! Now, it's important to understand, depending on your request, this may not always be able to happen, however I want you to appreciate the 'can do' attitude and timely response to my email. At no time did I feel 'fobbed off'. Not knowing a lot about roofing myself, I had to trust what I was being told. For me, the 'test' was to ask for pictures of what was being explained to me and the work that was required and these were provided with no hesitation. I had regular contact with Andrew that morning and no work was completed without my permission. I understood exactly what was going on with my roof even though I was not present to see the work directly happen as I was at work myself. Andrew was very engaging and explained the problem to me clearly and in a language I understood! He has a lovely manner about him and I felt valued as a customer. OK, for some the job may not be perceived as a very big one, however, I would have no hesitation contacting the team again if I had further issues in addition to recommending Kudos roofing to anyone who was looking for recommendations in this area. I have experienced no further issues with my roof ...and I can assure you it has been put to the test with the recent rainfall! Was so pleased Pete came out on a Sunday and quoted to replace guttering front and back. Price was competitive, he turned up few days later, arrived on time and completed job, would definitely recommend him.

Peter responded very quickly to a request for a quote and explained what would be done. Peter and his son did an excellent job replacing plastic guttering and downpipes on our garage and side of the house. They also corrected the gradient as the builders hadn't done a great job when installing. Peter knows what he's doing and I will use him again if I need to. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Elite Fascias enough. From initial enquiry to job done - highly professional, courteous service. Very respectful of my property & left everything neat & tidy. Also found the source of some stains we were seeing on the old wood soffits which was some cracked tiles so that saved me a leak in the future! Attention to detail in getting tiles that would match the old & porch looks fabulous!

Lee was amazing - he identified the issue quickly and efficiently. It was only a small job but he replaced the broken tiles and damaged felt there and then. James was very communicative and helpful during the quote and at the completion of works. His team (Dieter and Ben) were extremely hard working and very friendly. The roof is now a completely different colour to the sorry state it was in before hand. Chimney repaired, repointed and new pots and cowls added. Would highly recommend.

Barry and team did a fantastic job replacing the felt, battens, some beams and some tiles on my 1960s roof, plus replacement fascias, soffits and gutters and a refresh of my porch. I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed.
