Replaced my shed roof after Storm Bertie blew my felting off. Great communication. Great price. Fixed a date really quickly and did not wait long for work to commence. Maceys replaced our roof and took down 2 chimneys. We are very happy with the job it all went without problems and the scaffolding and skip was removed within two days. Great friendly helpful service. The squirrels in my garden chew the green pine cones which break my roof tiles when they fall. So I need about 10 or 20 used tiles every year to replace broken ones. JJ Roofing has an extensive range or used tiles. The staff help you find the correct tile. It’s a lovely location down a scenic country road. So a cheap, recycling , good for the environment DIY repair.

BB Roofing is an absolutely first class company. We have had the roof stripped, a new membrane fitted and re-tiled using the existing tiles. The chimney was repointed and repaired. We needed an emergency roof repair as a leak had brought down the ceiling plaster. This was from a leak supposedly fixed by another company who failed to identify the root cause if the leak. BB roofing arrived and immediately identified the problem as being the dormer window. They proceeded to replace the window and also re align all of our roof tiles. They were quick, professional and really helpful. The leak is now fixed. They even came in under the original quote as the job was quicker than expected. We were having issues with water coming in through our roof. We initially thought it was old hips to blame. Will diagnosed a few holes in the lead valleys when he first came to inspect property. After very quickly receiving quotes, BB Roofing came and repaired / replaced all the hips and valleys and I’m happy with the quality of the end job. The team also took down the chimney to below rafters and made good the hole left in the roof. All in all a very good job and pleased with end result.

Brilliant service. I contacted BB roofing via New Forest roofing as I discovered a small leak in my loft. BB was the third company to come out and quote but the first to get on the roof and find the source (a cracked tile) rather than just recommend the whole roof be replaced (which would have cost thousands). Had recently moved into a bungalow and straight away my roof leaked. There was complications because I had a flat garage roof connected to my conservatory and main roof which had a box guttering running along the length of the back of our property. Trying to identify the source of the leak was difficult because water was visible in numerous areas such as the garage, conservatory and back room. I called a number of roofing companies, mainly local who eventually came out to quote and advise me. Unfortunately no one could really come up with a concrete diagnosis or where the true source of the problem was. All I was told was try this try that, could be this could be that. Then I contacted Jamie who came out within the hour and sat on my flat roof and told me exactly where my problem was and how it could be resolved. He must have spent at least 45 minutes with me going through the scenario of how he could deal with my problem. Jamie straightaway advised me that I had a box guttering running throughout the back of my house and that there was a weak spot between where the different roofs met and he could strip back the tiling and repair where the leaks were happening. Jamie filled me with confidence and trust so we planned in time for this work to be carried out. Work started in deepest darkest December where the weather wasn’t good but Jamie came out to me and after stripping back everything showed me where the problems were. He then rebuilt my box guttering and replaced the garage flat roof taking pictures and talking me through each step as progress was made. The work was carried out and completed before Christmas and finally I had a secure roof. He also managed to source the tiles for my bungalow roof which were damaged or cracked which could have been a problem as they are quite old but somehow he managed to find them locally. I had another leak in June which was nothing to do with the work Jamie had previously done so again I contacted him and he came out just after the storms and told me where my problem was and did a temporary fix for me and has since come back and fixed that. I would highly recommend Jamie because he keeps his word, he does the work and fills you with confidence no matter what the circumstances are. If need be I would not hesitate to contact Jamie, he knows what he’s doing and does a good job!!
