We had MC roofing do our whole roof on our new build including parapet roof! Fantastic job done. We did our research before going with MC roofing and we are so pleased we picked them. Prices where amazing and very reasonable and communication was great. Would always refer them to friends and family and use again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ryan was able to send a drone up to give us the full picture and when we needed the work done in a hurry he didn't disappoint. Excellent service - Rang them 3.30 pm on Thursday with an urgent problem (large lumps of mortar torn free from gable verge above our front door and some had landed on our doorstep. Ryan called round at 5 pm and immediately climbed up a ladder and removed the larger pieces that were precariously hanging over the guttering and assessed the damage. We received an e-mail with the quote for repairing the damage around 7.30 pm. We already had approval for scaffolding to be erected to contain the risk of falling debris from our insurance company but we were astounded at 8.00 am the following morning when the scaffolders arrived and completed the installation before 12.00 pm. We sent the quote with photographs to our insurance company who rang Ryan for more detailed information about the cause of the problem and subsequently gave us the approval for MC roofing to carry out the work. We rang Ryan mid afternoon to give him the go ahead and were delighted when he rang back later to inform us that the work would be carried out the following day being a Saturday. The roofers arrived at 9.00 am and completed the work before 4.00pm to a high standard and we were well impressed almost within 48 hours of our first phone contact! We know which company we will be using should we have any future roofing issues!!

MC Roofing Ltd provided an excellent service as usual! The job was tricky and involved working around a thatched roof, but proved to be no problem and was completed in an incredibly fast time frame of just three days! Can't recommend highly enough!!

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Excellent service from Ross -friendly, knowledgable and thorough. Most impressive was that when I picked up that part of the job was missed by his team due to ambiguity in the specification, he sent them straight back the next day to rectify it with no quibbles. Very happy with the end result.

Our stepped lead parapet gutter was completely replaced by Abbey Roofing and Preservation. The work included new plywood sub-deck, replacement support timbers where necessary and new parapet wall flashings. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and good quality craftsmanship. The resulting parapet is a work of art. It is beautifully formed and robustly constructed, with neat lead joins and welding. Roof tiles were expertly refitted to compliment its lines. After 9 months and a wet winter, I can say the parapet is fully functional. We are very pleased and will be asking Steve back again to work on other areas of our roof. Rebecca from Wimborne.

New roof in Ashley Heath. Have just had my bungalow reroofed by Scott's company . They did a fantastic job Reeve and his team were absolutely brilliant unfortunately my roof was in very a poor condition with rotten battens but they didn't moan they just got on with the job . From my first meeting with Scott through to completion you knew you were dealing with a very professional and competent company who finished the job in the 10 days quoted despite some very difficult weather conditions.If I ever needed any roofing work in the future I would not hesitate to use Scott and his team again if you are thinking of using them I promise you won't be disappointed

I highly recommend Scott Miles roofing Ltd. From the outset Scott was very easy to work with. A group of professional roof specialists, who poured their all into bringing our roof up to an exceptional standard. We’ve noticed the difference in the warmth on our property, due to some new soffits, insulation, cementing of apex tiles, new grade 4 lead on chimneys, apex joins from different height roofs, bay window roofs, flashings, gutters and downpipes that work! Scott brought samples of suitable tiles, rainwater furniture options and posed other roofing options as well as submitted 3 estimates for 1) essential repair, 2) partial replacement and 3) complete replacement. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept me involved in decision making as the job progressed. Scott and the team were professional at all times, fitting around other trades or jobs that needed access, often arranging to return to finish after other trades had completed their works. We did go over the estimate for maintenance and upgrading of lead work and full replacement in certain compromised areas of rotten woodwork, but that was down to our choice and after full discussion exploring alternative options and additional costs, we made the decision to not skimp. Their scaffolder of choice was also accommodating to our extended needs. They are a hard working bunch of really lovely skilled workers. The lead work carried out by Reeve is close on an artisan finish and quality. Our surveyor put them as highly commended. The Roofing, which I thought would be our biggest concern and stress point on our major property refurb, turned out to be seamless and stress free. In spite of what felt like the wettest summer on record. 2024. If you use Scott Miles Roofing Ltd, treat the team well, with refreshments, kindness and gratitude, they deserve it.
