After online research, I contacted Craig after discovering some damaged lead flashing. He visited promptly and when he saw the extent of the deterioration exclaimed “crikey!” which was most restrained. He was of course very busy, but fortunately there was no leakage, so we agreed that he should return some weeks later when his programme allowed. Meanwhile, he emailed a detailed quotation including for scaffolding (which he would arrange) and waste disposal. From the outset I was confident that (somewhat by luck) I’d found the local expert. In due course, a date was pencilled in and later confirmed. The scaffolding arrived as planned, as did Craig, who then did what appeared to be a very thorough job. All in all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Craig Haskins is a genuine craftsman of the old mould. He has just finished the leadwork on two chimneys that we had to have rebuilt and the result is brilliant. He has been a roofer for 35 years and has immense experience. He takes infinite care and his skill is unmatched in this part of the country. He is always ready with excellent advice and will do his best to save you money if he possibly can. We are lucky to be able to call on him.

A very professional job. Work done to a high standard. Craig removed all the existing tiles from our roof and replaced the felt and battens. The tiles were then secured back onto the roof. Craig also renewed all the lead work. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and in fact already have!

First time I've used Craig and definitely wont be the last. We were installing a new boiler and required his services to install the new weather slate for the flue. He did a great job and was very professional

MC Roofing Ltd provided an excellent service as usual! The job was tricky and involved working around a thatched roof, but proved to be no problem and was completed in an incredibly fast time frame of just three days! Can't recommend highly enough!!

I had RV roofing come and do some work for me which I had put off for a little while. Rikki and his team where absolutely fantastic throughout the process and always kept me informed. My single story extension roof has leaked intermittently for years. The roof was stripped, trusses repaired, double felted, tiles replaced and all finishing done very professionally. A problem with the tile hanging on the back of the house was discovered so, for a very reasonable extra charge, this was also dealt with. The site was left very clean and tidy and the scaffolding removed the same day as the job was finished. I would be very happy to recommend this company to friends and family

During the awful weather we had over the weekend, my roof at my property become damaged. I don't usually leave reviews, but dave and his team were that good... it's the least i could do... They initially attended to a roof leak for my elderly mum last year... they attended within hours, managed to do a temp fix and get her in the dry, then were back within days with scaffold to do proper repair. My own roof was in need of redoing, so i got dave to quote along with a couple of other roofers, and he came in cheapest. they've just finished and i'm chuffed with how it all went. Good value and very professional.

We recently had Jan and Vito replace a 100 year old roof with chimney removal, new veluxe windows, and insulation and also a polycarb conservatory roof into felt roof. Jan and Vito took care of every aspect, from the skip to the scaffolding, making the the job a breeze from our persepctive.They were clean, quick and nothing was an issue, any problem they encountered was overcome without fuss. The quality of the work carried out was absolutely top notch and the price was very reasonable. I had been trying for over a year to tackle a problem with damp on a chimney breast in my bedroom. The house is Edwardian with a sloping state roof. The company I had been using had made several attempts to deal with it and after each visit the problem had been made worse. I contacted C&S Roofing Services to try and get help correcting the mess that had been made of the roof area around the chimney and the chimney lead work and I am extremely pleased with the results. Despite the fact that they very busy Shane made time to come and see the problem and subsequently prepared a detailed written quote for replacing the lead work and rescuing/replacing the slates. Shane clearly and honestly explained to me the details of the work needed and also the reasons why. The work was prompt scheduled in and carried out on the agreed date. All work was done to a very high standard and the costs were very reasonable. C&S Roofing Services certainly know their way a slate roof and have all the skills necessary. They are also pleasant to have around while they are working. All in all, it was a pleasure to deal with them and made a refreshing contrast to my previous experiences with local roofers. I have no hesitation in recommending C&S for any work on slate roofs and I will certainly use them again for any future work that may be needed.

After weeks of calling different companies and getting completely unreasonable quotes...we saw a C&S company van at our local shop one evening and knocked on the window to try our luck at finding someone to help us with our Aspestos roof that was leaking water and damaging all our belongings. We met Shane who couldn't have been anymore willing to help. He came to have a look the following day. Understanding our financial situation he worked with us to make it as affordable as he could. His staff came and worked in the pouring rain all day, removing our old roof and framing for the new one. They were really lovely, and went above and beyond. Shane and his team have just completed a fantastic job on repairing our leaking roof. The roof is only 15 years old but was leaking due to poor construction and the cheap materials used by the original house builder. Scaffolding was erected fast and with care and consideration for our neighbours. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Damien came and gave a quote. Some weeks later I agreed to go ahead and was booked in. He kept in touch with the estimated date for works. Had the conservatory roof replaced, internal ceiling plastered. Additionally a stud wall built and the dwarf walls plastered. All the guys were friendly and tidy and kept me informed as the job progressed. I’ve waited several months to post this to ensure there weren’t any teething issues and I’ve had no concerns at all. Very pleased would certainly recommend.

Our conservatory was cold, damp and a useless space in the winter. The conservatory has now been transformed into a useable , warm and light space. Far cheaper than an extension, but has the same effect, it is now a fully useable room. Highly recommend this company, very professional and trustworthy. They are very different to the other companies that deal with conservatory roofs. There is no hard sell, the quote is what it will cost, no extortionate prices that magically get reduced like other companies in this field. New roof in Ashley Heath. Have just had my bungalow reroofed by Scott's company . They did a fantastic job Reeve and his team were absolutely brilliant unfortunately my roof was in very a poor condition with rotten battens but they didn't moan they just got on with the job .
