Went here today, 3rd visit. This time we tried the OG Matilda cake and San Sebastián cheesecake ruby pistachio. Honestly it was mindblowing good. First time trying the Matilda cake - pure moist chocolatey indulgence. So soft and finger licking good. As for the San Sebastián it’s why I came back! Especially love the pistachio sauce. We got served by Leena and Mariyah and their service was as good as the food! Mariyah even got a sparkler for my toddler which was so thoughtful of her. And last time too she recommended the croffles to me and she remembered me from the last visit. This place has become our go to dessert place! It’s luxuriously good and worth the price because of the setting service and the tastiness! Portions are also generous! Just went again after a while to try the new viral kunufeh brownie! Really impressed by the customer service by Khushboo and Z! Honestly it’s one of the best places for desserts! Still need to try their dream cake! Another visit, served by Khushboo and Abdul! I have been here several times and to date I have not been disappointed. The sundaes are a must and you need to give them a try. We also tried the waffle which was made freshly and tasted sublime. The cookie dough and milk cakes were also on point and there were no complaints. The place was busy but the staff were very welcoming and attentive. We were served by Abdul who did an excellent job. Not sure why they have a few one star reviews but can only assume these were down to people getting them delivered. If you want fresh food then you need to come in person and give this place a try.

Went to de la vies during Ramadan and was not disappointed. We were served by GEORGE. The food was absolutely spot on. My steak was cooked medium rare and I cannot emphasise how impressed myself and my friends where with the food in general, will definitely be visiting again.

Honestly, if you like good food, good beer and service with a genuine smile try this place. From bar staff, to chefs to waiting staff, everything about this place is perfect. Our kids have been going since they were tiny and are welcomed warmly every time, with waiting staff taking time out to talk to them, even using first name terms with the little 'uns. We've used it from day one and despite moving out of the area we still use it regularly. Can't recommend enough!

I was told of this place by a friend and thought I would check it out. The decor is nothing to shout about as it is a local pub and is a bit rough & ready but the food is on another level. Since my first visit, I have been a few times now and have always chosen the Lion Special Family Grill which has never let me down. The thing that amazes me is the speed at which the food comes out. I don’t think I have had to wait more than 10-15 minutes before the food is at our table. The naan breads are made fresh and are lovely and soft. The masala fries and momo’s are also very good. There is plenty of choice on the mixed grill with a choice of seekh kebabs, grilled chicken, fried fish, fried prawns and some lamb chops to top it off. We always have some left over to take home. The price is also very good as it will cost you no more than £40 for a family of four. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work guys!

Popped in for a beer. Cobra was my choice which was enjoyable after my long walk. Payment by card only. Good sized room with TV on the wall showing 1970,s music videos, which was enjoyable. Staff were friendly, nice and clean place. Quiet when I went in but it had just opened. Great visit.
