Had a few burgers in bham and for me personally this is the best one yet. I had a meal for £10 which included a really tatsy shake and pretty decent chips. They also gave 2 free dips which was a nice touch and really tasty. The star if the show though was the swiss mushroom burger. Thr smashed patty had a lot of flavour and love the burnt bits. The mushroom n cheese was also lovely and you could really taste the sauce and mushroom from the Burger. The staff all seemed attentive and friendly and the restaurant I believe used to be an Italian restaurant so they kept all the Orignal decor which I think looks really nice. They could maybe make use of the wood fired pizza oven somehow but not sure they have a use for it. Definitely will be back!!

Great service, great food - lovely waitress also made for a pleasant experience and as a family we loved! They even gave us some free churros to takeaway which is massively appreciated :)

I’ve recently had the pleasure to try the food at this Greek restaurant and I was very impressed. It was really tasty and it went really well with a glass of the house wine. Top class service from Rubini who served us and made sure we weren’t missing anything. If you want a taste of Greece or Cyprus without having to travel there this is the place to be!

Everything was perfect. I visited this restaurant last night and was quite impressed. As a picky eater, I can confidently say this place is doing things right. I tried the 8oz burger with mozzarella cheddar cheese, turkey rashers, grilled onion, grilled pepper, BBQ salad, and belly sauce. The beef was flavourful and cooked to perfection and the most amazing thing is the beef is 100% BEEF. Something that’s hard to find in Birmingham or even in the UK. The atmosphere was pleasant and the place was clean. I will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for high-quality food, this place is a great choice. Thank you!

This is the 3rd time we get takeaway from there. Served by Kiran who is so kind, smiley and very welcoming. Her food is absolutely delicious and Gluten Free options available too! We highly recommend it.

We’ve just tried Singh’s Indian Kitchen for the first time and we loved every bite! We ordered samosa’s, spring rolls, regular chilli Paneer and a Paneer Makhani rice box. The curriers were nicely spiced and everything else was so delicious. Super friendly service too! I look forward to supporting Singh’s in the future.

A fantastic addition to the local area. I’ve made a few visits now - one for a large assortment of samosas and pakoras, two for lunch and a couple just picking up a samosa on the way past - and every one was brilliant. Delicious fresh food, well priced and lovely service - brilliant!

What a fantastic little gem First thing to hit you was the welcome by all of the staff and the place has a great vibe about it. Lovely decor The staff are all very knowledgable about the food & drinks menu and seem to have got the balance just right when it comes to being on hand but not in your face constantly. On to the food - well the dishes are quite small with the idea that you order a few different ones to taste. We ordered 8 and really enjoyed every one. The stand outs were the Burrata starter, Mushroom Tagliatelle & Aubergine Parmigiana The food is so tasty and cooked perfectly We will be booking again soon!!

We went to Tropea on Friday 25th April and I have to say is a must-visit for Italian food lovers! It transports you to the sunny shores of southern Italy’s Calabrian coast with its cozy and inviting atmosphere. The service is top-notch - friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They strike the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, making you feel like a VIP. The food is absolutely incredible! They have these amazing sharing plates that let you try a variety of flavours and textures. The Burrata is a must-try - it’s soft, buttery, and packed with fresh herbs, nuts, and strawberries. It’s like a party in your mouth! The Green agnolotti filled with ricotta is another must-try. They make the pasta fresh and flavorful, and it’s a real standout on the menu. The beef cheek ragu is slow-cooked to perfection - it’s melt-in-your-mouth delicious and super satisfying. It’s the perfect pairing with pasta or polenta. And the sautéed chicken livers are a amazing. They’re packed with flavour and have a tender texture that really complements the other dishes.

Casa Italia gives a lovely warm ambience the moment you step in, It’s not a big restaurant but is kept tidy, with a classy vibe which provides for multiple occasions from date nights to family dinner. Friendly service and great food as well, with variety of options on the menu. They also do a great deal for a 2-course meal only for £16.95 from Monday to Thursday. Would definitely return to try out the other dishes!

Never been before but our son chose it because he was craving Italian food. Although the row of shops it is in makes it look a bit ropey, a warm welcome awaits you from a lovely member of staff. The food is amazing, probably the best Italian food we have had, far better than any of the chain restaurants and up there with some of the poshest ones we have eaten in. Food chosen varied from steak which was cooked to perfection, risotto and three different pasta dishes, all of the plates were cleaned up. Service was friendly and quick. Well worth a visit.

All in all fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious! Starters mains and desserts. Excellent, I've eaten plenty of Curry's in my life and this is truly one of the best. Proof is in the eating, so the picture should reflect this. Empty plates.....better than full ones. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure. Booked a meal with friends for New Year’s Eve. It was a set three-course menu, for a set price, with a glass of Prosecco to start. From the moment we walked into the venue we were greeted with friendly, smiling faces, everyone willing to help and assist. Our waitress was Donna, who was extremely helpful with us making our food choices, offering descriptions and suggestions. The whole evening was lovely, and I can’t wait to go back again.

Miller & Carter usually doesn’t disappoint, and overall this visit was no different. We tried the lunch set menu, and everything apart from the steak was really lovely. The steak itself was a bit of a letdown, but only because of the cut – we went for the rump, which just wasn’t to our taste. Nothing wrong with how it was cooked, just not the best choice for us. That said, if you go for the ribeye or fillet, you won’t be disappointed – they’re always top quality. The price we paid was still worth it, and if you don’t mind rump, you’ll definitely enjoy the set menu. Great value and a solid experience overall.

Had a really nice meal here. Took advantage of the date and steak offer and was really happy with it. Starters, main, and dessert cooked and presented wonderfully. All the staff were friendly and helpful, it's a thoroughly nice place to spend a couple of hours.

Went to de la vies during Ramadan and was not disappointed. We were served by GEORGE. The food was absolutely spot on. My steak was cooked medium rare and I cannot emphasise how impressed myself and my friends where with the food in general, will definitely be visiting again.

We've been to the steak a few times now and every time it taste even better! Very well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The decor of the place is very nice and pleasant. What surprises me the most? The service there is really at a high level, I've never been served so professionally as in DeLaVies!

I recently visited this restaurant and was very pleased! From the first step you can feel the atmosphere of coziness and warmth - the interior is stylish, but at the same time very comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive, immediately offered a comfortable place and quickly brought the menu. As for the food, it is really top class! The food is prepared with love and attention to detail. I tried several items from the menu and each one was delicious and fresh. I especially enjoyed the main course, the steak, which was perfectly grilled, and the dessert, the chocolate cake, which just melted in my mouth.

I recently picked up a roast carvery takeaway from Old House at Home, and have been absolutely blown away at how wonderful the experience was — not just the food, but the staff in particular. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel really looked after. They were extremely generous with the portions, and I must thank Angel & Les in particular. The roast itself was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked meat, rich gravy (much better than what I could cook at home), and all the trimmings were perfect. I’ll definitely be back and recommending it to everyone I know. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you again!! Jay
