Beautiful river/canal to oversee by the bridge at the outdoor seating. Inside is nice too. Nice selection of drinks and food too. Nice place to bring your partner. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

We celebrated our engagement at the Saracens head and we're so grateful for the ease of booking, relaxed atmosphere and freedom to decorate our reserved area too. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate ☺️

First visit and loved it. Polite and attentive security guards, bar staff very friendly and helpful. Great music. Only criticism and it's a logistical one, perhaps - three ladies' loos are not enough for such a busy venue. However, the queue progressed pretty swiftly.

Great dog friendly pub with fab food, great atmosphere/decor, and a lovely outside garden. Small friendly touches include flavour suggestions on spirits on menu, comfy seating everywhere you look, and blankets by the door of their garden. We had fab service here and would come again!!

Had a good experience overall. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making us feel welcome. The food was tasty, but the portion size for the side order of fries was quite small for the price. Drinks were also on the expensive side, which was a bit of a downside. The atmosphere was nice, but better value for money would make it a more enjoyable visit.”

We visited on a Sunday and had two half-chicken roast dinners which were absolutely amazing for the money. Everything was cooked perfectly. There was a slightly longer wait than usual but this was due to them being so busy.

Lovely family run Italian restaurant in Ware. We visited between Christmas and New Year and was very quiet when we first entered but filled up quite quickly. Most other customers seemed to be regulars which was a nice feeling. Food was very good portions and very tasty. Also very reasonably priced. Service was really friendly. Will definitely visit again if in the area as we are from Gloucestershire and can highly recommend.

I booked a table last minute for a small group of us, two of which are wheelchair users, the staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. We wanted to pay separately for our meals and this was not a problem I can highly recommend this family restaurant tucked away behind Tesco Thank you so much

Had a lovely meal last night in this homely restaurant. It’s not fancy but it feels like you’re in Europe, the food was tasty, the waitresses were really friendly and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely go again.

Had a pork Sunday roast and was blown away by the flavour and texture of the food. Very impressed by the service and quality of food and definitely will be returning.

I’m a local that visits here weekly with friends and family. Always very attentive in the restaurant, outside space is facing west so always gets the sunset which is great. It’s also a dog-friendly pub so particularly good for dog families! Debbie was great on our latest visit this Sunday

We’re locals and have been here a lot. Every time this place surpasses our expectations. Food is great whether is from the standard menu or their Sunday roast menu. In addition to this, I must say that with Tibi, the experience is so much better. Such a friendly and kind person who loves sneaking a bit of beef to our dog. All other staff are nice and attentive, but Tibi is outstanding. Recommend for anyone in the area looking for a nice meal, friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere.

Quirky place. Best home roast dinner ever! Their meat is from Pickett's butchers and is real quality. Their vegetables are freshly cooked and very tasty. Super Yorkshire puds and gravy.

Nice venue in Ware. It was a very busy Friday night. But the staff were doing their best and doing a good job. We only had drinks. But they were very nice and the cocktails we had were wel made and tasted great. Will go back again

Lovely roast . Friendly, welcoming waiter . I was slightly worried about the flooring though a bit of a trip hazard. Overall a nice place for a midweek roast.

Booked a dinner here in December and had the Christmas pre-booked menu. Fantastic and well presented food. Great flavours and good portion size. Price range ££ but worth the cost. The food was so good we also had to get a dessert. As we had pre-booked and it was mid week, we received our food very quickly, and complimentary Prosecco. The staff were friendly, chatty and helpful. Mid week this place is quieter for dinner (which I prefer) but you tend to have few ladies come in for cocktails and a chat. On Fridays/Saturdays, this place is buzzing with life and the local 20-40 something's. The cocktails are great and there are some nice non standard beer choices such as Kozel and beers from the London Brewery. The decor is vintage, unique and cosy. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks for making our dinner so romantic!

Another very enjoyable meal at Ware Prezzo. The food was very good and the service was really friendly and quick. It was quite busy but the kitchen staff were keeping the orders moving really well

Food was tasty and very prompt. We had a lovely family meal- my toddler enjoyed dancing to the music and eating his dinner. Joanna and the team were great as always.

Really good service, very decent food (steak sampler, chicken & ribs combo, beef & ale pie) all served & presented as they should be... the desserts (2 × mini brownies & cappuccinos) were way too tough, hence one star knocked off. They had been microwaved too harshly & possibly left under the heat lamp too long? Overall a good experience though! 😊

This is a pub close to the high street in Ware. Had a whole day to kill and dont regret my choice.. The food was really delish. Wasnt extraordinary. But definitely fresh, delectable and will visit again. Reasonably priced. Ambience is great. So many groups were having a jolly time.. On a nice summer day would have sat down by the river. It was a really cold dreary day and so stayed indoors. The young man at the bar was super friendly... The girls less so.. But on the whole accommodating and welcoming.

Fantastically tranquil and beautiful location. Make sure you go for a walk along the tow path after your meal.

I decided to try this whilst in Ware for the day one Friday afternoon and chose it as it's along the river. It was a bit of a cold day so decided to sit inside. The bar tender was really friendly and helpful and helped me choose some suitable food for my child with allergies. It's a lovely, bright pub with an airy feel, very clean and nice modern decor. The bathrooms were also well maintained. Both me and my child had the fish and chips, it was so good! I went for the minted peas which were excellent and my lemon was charred which gave it a lovely full flavour. We also had vegan vanilla ice cream for dessert which was delicious. The pub has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. I will look back to returning on a warmer day and sitting outside which also looked lovely.

Very good atmosphere and amazing garden on canal. Very good spot to spend time on sunny days. Unfortunately, service wishing to be better, the tea cup was very dirty. The waitrose was behaved like he is doing us a favour. Apart from the negative side , we really enjoyed our time in the outside area.
