I’ve been a number of times for Sunday roast and it is fantastic. Food great and staff charming but was disappointed on our last visit. We went for lunch and service was slow for food and drinks and it wasn’t busy. My salad was expensive for the mediocre portion and I had to chase our coffee that we’re sat going cold on the bar whilst staff chatted. I’ll still go back but stick to Sunday roast.
Had a pork Sunday roast and was blown away by the flavour and texture of the food. Very impressed by the service and quality of food and definitely will be returning.
I’m a local that visits here weekly with friends and family. Always very attentive in the restaurant, outside space is facing west so always gets the sunset which is great. It’s also a dog-friendly pub so particularly good for dog families! Debbie was great on our latest visit this Sunday
We’re locals and have been here a lot. Every time this place surpasses our expectations. Food is great whether is from the standard menu or their Sunday roast menu. In addition to this, I must say that with Tibi, the experience is so much better. Such a friendly and kind person who loves sneaking a bit of beef to our dog. All other staff are nice and attentive, but Tibi is outstanding. Recommend for anyone in the area looking for a nice meal, friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere.
