delicious food, service was amazing, I left my card and they kept it safe. great restaurant would recommend, very clean, smelt great, music was soothing and calm, food came very quickly. cheap prices.

I visited on opening day, and I must say, it was incredibly busy and service was slow but the excitement in the air was palpable, especially with their amazing burger deal at only 99p. However, due to the high traffic, we experienced a longer wait than expected. Once we finally got our hands on the beef burgers, all the wait melted away. They were outstanding—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! Despite the crowded conditions, the quality of the food truly impressed me. I can’t wait to visit again, undoubtedly when it’s a bit quieter, to enjoy this deliciousness without the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty burger!

I had a great time at Dante’s, the food was good, lovely ambiance and great service. The staff were really pleasant and I’d love to go there again. Unfortunately I can’t remember what my meal was called but it was one of the chef’s specials that day. It was octopus and prawns in cherry tomato sauce with squid ink pasta. This was my first time trying it and I was pleasantly surprised. I’d give it a 7/10. I like spicy food and this wasn’t spicy for me hence the rating. Their fried calamari was excellent, i just wish the portion was more than what we got. It was very fresh and crispy. Something to note when you get there, the door is not in the middle and doesn’t slide open 😅😆 depending on where you come from it’ll be on the far right( just for anyone like me that expects all doors to automatically open for them)

We simply love this family run restaurant. Mrs bosses the front of house, Mr bosses the kitchen! The try Italian food is incredible. The service is perfection. We love you guys! See you soon for more minestrone !!! Lloyd and Laura

The food, service and ambience here are so nice! Food came out quick, tasted fresh and our server Ali was super helpful, going over the menu and explaining different dishes. Definitely recommend coming here! Will be back!

My partner booked a table for us at Macaroni on Valentine's Day. I have to say it was absolutely fantastic. We started with calamari fritti and olives to share, which were lovely. I had the Tagliatelle al Salmone which was so delicious and very authentic, he had the Spagetti con Frutti di mare which was beautiful with perfectly cooked sea food. As a Britalian it was 10/10, can't fault anything. The seating was very cosy but altogether a great atmosphere and service was quick.

I had a really good experience at Maccaroni cucina italiana in Potters Bar. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, staff members are friendly and reliable and the music is making you feel like you are in a small part of Italy. As a starter, I had the Alici Fritti and wow! It was absolutely delicious and has quickly become my family's and my favorite. Perfectly crispy, full of flavor, and served just right. I’m already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu. Highly recommend!

Went to Macaroni’s for a dinner out with friends. Food was very well cooked and presented, the pasta sauce absolutely gorgeous. Paired with a refreshing rose, made for a lovely end of week. For dessert had pana cotta, which was good but not mind blowing (in fairness, the dessert itself isn’t mind blowing, so really not the restaurant’s fault). It’s a cozy place for a meal, good atmosphere to go with friends and have a chat and a laugh while enjoying food and a nice wine.

As a non Brit I can appreciate from afar such remarkable history. The locals are great and the atmosphere truely worth visiting. I would travel again to Potters Bar merely to enjoy such a piece of history. I only marked 4 for food as did not over indulge so limited experience.

Very cosy and friendly pub, very rustic and welcoming - was a birthday get together with family and we had under 10s. We were accommodated with no fuss as we decided to seat in different place from the dinning area, food was delicious and the service was friendly. Definately will return. Me and my frend was in your restaurant for the first time 12,12,2024.iv been looking for a good Greek restaurant for a while now and must say your the best one iv tryed so far this year. Your lamb sovla was great, karamari was how it should be with flower not batter. Your hallumy and bastarma was great but I did expect that. I think you need to improve your chips as they are freshly cooked, your salad needs a bit much imagination and your Tbone steak need to be cook faster higher heat so you can have it a least med not well done so it's more tender. And I know you give a little fruit on a plate at the end you need a bit more imagination so it looks better. Apart from that it was great these little things I'm talking about makes a difference and I hope you make or look at improving so you can be one of the best places to eat. If you need eny help I be happy to advice or even come in and demonstrate how to improve. But I hope to visit again and try other dishes. Afternoon visit. Had octopus, liver, and usual starters, followed by lamb souvla, absolutely lovely. Served by Fonzi, who kept 8 slightly drunk blokes, in check with his good service and humour. Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be going back. Paul

Nice manager and quick service. Food is very consistent which is important and I've never had a bad meal. Been here 20 plus times and it's always delivered.

We enjoyed a delicious meal at Aksular this evening. Very large portions of tasty mixed doner, rice and couscous. Complimentary salad, bread and dips as well as complementary Turkish tea to finish. The restaurant was very busy but the service was excellent. There was only one guy serving but he managed the place well and kept everything running smoothly. He was happy, friendly and customer focused. First class service and amazing food. Thank you!

Common guys, this place deserves a 5 star all round, honestly! It's the first time I went there with my family as it was my wife's birthday. The service from making the phone call to book the table all the way to us leaving the restaurant was outstanding. The food was excellent and tastier than at other bigger Turkish restaurants I have been. Although we went there at the busiest time, we did not have to wait for hours to be seated. We have been to another big one twice and each time we had to wait for nearly 1 hour to be seated despite making reservation. No issue with the birthday cake. The manager kept it in fridge and then brought it at the right time for us. We were even offered Turkish tea on the house! Although small, this restaurant deserves to be attended to more often. It's the best Turkish restaurant I have been by far and the best Turkish food we had, including free humus! Highly recommended. 🙏🏽

My daughter and I popped into this restaurant after school for a little bite, but it turned into a proper feast! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was second to none. I’m taking the time to leave this review because if you haven’t heard of this place yet, you have now—an incredible local gem. I only wish I’d discovered it sooner!

First time going to the Strafford, but won't be the last! My friend had her hen do there and there was a Tina Turner tribute act on as well, It was such a good night. I couldn't believe how big the pub is and the outside area is fantastic, dog friendly and great for kids.

A nice place to stop and have a little bit of dinner if the weather is nice good seating area in the garden if it’s raining there is a nice covered area outside where you can eat I would recommend this pub.

Chose this because of the location as meeting point with friends today off the M25. So pleased we did. Lovely big pub with so many spaces to sit. We chose outside as the huge garden was sheltered and sunny. Our lovely server( I mean to ask her name) a lady with long red hair was so nice and friendly and helpful. Food was very good. We had starters and mains at lunchtime. Spent 4 hours here. Would definitely recommend. We will return!

Just had a lovely meal here after a very stressful afternoon. My mood was low, and as soon as we were seated and served by Kat, that changed. Her friendly and upbeat energy made all the difference to my night. She was really helpful, nothing was too much for her, and she even came over mid meal to see if she could top up our refills for us to save us getting up. The food was lovely, and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at this branch of Harvester who for twice in two weeks have been extremely supportive and inclusive whilst I attended their branch with a client with learning disabilities. Always great, food is lovely and the serving staff are always polite and even becoming friends with the amount we go 😂. Always a friendly and happy atmosphere and great with kids. Would recommend and is one of our favourite places to eat. We have had pretty much everything on the menu and not to fault any.
