My partner booked a table for us at Macaroni on Valentine's Day. I have to say it was absolutely fantastic. We started with calamari fritti and olives to share, which were lovely. I had the Tagliatelle al Salmone which was so delicious and very authentic, he had the Spagetti con Frutti di mare which was beautiful with perfectly cooked sea food. As a Britalian it was 10/10, can't fault anything. The seating was very cosy but altogether a great atmosphere and service was quick.
Pizza create your own. 10/10 Beef, bacon, pepper, red onion, oregano. Received Free Profiteroles 10/10 Amazing treat. Amazing food, 15mins early, Delivery Driver deserves a mention, hyped up the food and the restaurant in small talk before a sat down to enjoy. Will always be ordering from here when staying in the area for work moving forward.
I had a really good experience at Maccaroni cucina italiana in Potters Bar. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, staff members are friendly and reliable and the music is making you feel like you are in a small part of Italy. As a starter, I had the Alici Fritti and wow! It was absolutely delicious and has quickly become my family's and my favorite. Perfectly crispy, full of flavor, and served just right. I’m already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu. Highly recommend!
Went to Macaroni’s for a dinner out with friends. Food was very well cooked and presented, the pasta sauce absolutely gorgeous. Paired with a refreshing rose, made for a lovely end of week. For dessert had pana cotta, which was good but not mind blowing (in fairness, the dessert itself isn’t mind blowing, so really not the restaurant’s fault). It’s a cozy place for a meal, good atmosphere to go with friends and have a chat and a laugh while enjoying food and a nice wine.
