Not sure if I loved this as I love Turkish food or just for the sake it was just really good. Recommend coming here, as the food is good, the staff is friendly and informative, and the bistro is rather stylish with the modern take of a restaurant but with the relaxed vibe of the Cafe that it use to be.

What a great find. We had such a great meal. The service was top notch, our waiter was such a nice guy. The starters and the food was yummy. What a great small restaurant.

THE GREATEST BISTRO EVER!!! Erkay is cheerful, attentive and accommodating, he made our day. Cozy vibe with locals, yet still fabulous services and heavenly food. Lamb chops are to die for, and the portions are huge. Such an unexpected delight from a small local bistro with a Turkish hint. Definitely recommend! Six stars ⭐️

My family and I are regular customers at the Villaggio. This place since it opened a year or so ago has become our go to place for any occasion or just for a lunch out with family and friends. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The staff are very friendly but most of all the food never disappoints. We all love it. Also the customers are very friendly too. Was talking to a lady from the table next to us and they also came all the way from Stanmore after hearing great things about the place and I’m not surprised. It was a lovely Sunday lunch to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Thank you Villaggio!!

Very nice place with excellent service that deserves the service charge you pay. Food was good and cooked well, some items like the tomato linguine were underwhelming but others like the Pavarotti calzone were very high quality in terms on ingredients. Crusts garlic bread and calzone were not overcooked which is a big plus. All dishes were in good quantity portion wise. We dined on Saturday night so it was very busy, therefore there was also a lot of noise and it was hard to have conversation. Despite this, the decoration and music was pleasurable and I enjoyed my experience greatly. I would dine here again happily, thank you to all the staff for a wonderful evening.

Bianca was the best server I have ever had in my life! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and along every step of the way was a great laugh. The 4 of us were very very happy with our food, it tasted wonderful. Thank you to the chefs and all of the staff. It was very well reasonably priced for what seems such a fancy restaurant from the moment you step in. If you are reading this review, put your phone down and get in the restaurant! Visited this restaurant for the first time with a group of six, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, flavourful and well-presented. The ambience struck just the right balance between lively and relaxing, making it easy to enjoy our time without feeling rushed or crowded. A special thank you to Bianca, Nertila, and Jeff for their outstanding service. They were incredibly attentive throughout the evening and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated not being rushed out of the restaurant, allowing us to enjoy our meal and conversations at a comfortable pace. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Driving through this town to our trip, the settings and food are gem! Very clean and new. Food portion are just perfect for us and the service is super friendly. We got a little treat from the owner at the end too. Definitely recommend this place!

The food was amazing! Thought and care put into everything. The presentation, the dishes and most of all the way the kebabs were cooked was perfect. This was our second time visiting Persian Taste & I must say the food quality only gets better. We had a very nice chilled Friday evening & the owner was a gentleman. I asked for my partners lamb to be taken away (portions are big) and he was kind enough to add a large portion of rice to accompany her leftovers without us asking. Great place, very affordable. Would definitely recommend. We’ll be back.

We have dined here twice when visiting our son. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent and we love the relaxed atmosphere. We took our son's dog and were welcomed to sit inside on our first visit. We chose to sit out the back under a covered area second time which was very calm and quiet. We love coming to Oakmere Cafe! The service, food and atmosphere is always fabulous. I am gluten-free and they’re always great at catering for me. It’s also dog-friendly which is a lovely plus!

We came here twice so far. We don’t live locally but discovered it accidentally. Their coffee was amazing. Iced flat white , oat cappuccino just perfect 🤩. Second round we was hungry. I asked for lamb liver and mash. And when I tell you it was mouthwatering home cooked meal!! Even my 9 years old daughter loved it!! And the people who runs the place or work here they’re so friendly. Make you feel like you want to come back. Thank you team you’ve got an other loyal family who’ll come back on the weekends. 🥰

Outstanding restaurant!!! This is my local every week and they have never let me down! - the food quality is out of this world. If you really appreciate the Mediterranean cuisine (Greek food!) Then I would recommend the fig tree grill. Not only is their customer service 10/10 but they always go above to ensure that you have everything you need with your meal. Therefore those claiming it's "overpriced" couldn't be more wrong. When you pay for good quality food - you expect them to deliver and they sure do. I refuse to eat Greek food anywhere else. Best place I’ve been to hands down. Recently just moved into North London and have been coming here for the past couple months now. I’ve near enough tried most of the food on the menu and not one thing I didn’t like. All the staff in there are so friendly and nice, can have a good laugh in there. I would personally recommend the mixed sandwich. It is 10/10 every time.

Hands down the best pork souvlaki kebab I’ve ever had in London, let alone Cyprus. Attention to detail is incredible, the pita is the highest quality and browned perfectly, the pork is always charred and succulent, and the salad always fresh. My regular spot

We have checked Fig Tree for a while now, and we thought to give it a go today. Excellent food, not necessarily 5* but a comfortable 4.5! Having lived in Cyprus for 6 years, what we tried today was extremely close to what you find in Cyprus. It may seem pricey, but the quantities are quite large. We will definitely return.

The best breakfast spot in Potters Bar and beyond! I gladly travel from Barnet for it. The service is outstanding, with the owners always going above and beyond—he delivers 10/10 service every time, and she bakes the most delicious cakes! Proper family run business. The food is consistently perfect and delicious, better than any breakfast I've had around. Their coffee is hands down the best I've ever tasted, and the entire team is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I especially appreciate their no-pork options for the full English breakfast; the turkey rashers and beef sausages are a great touch! They also offer fresh fruit juices that are amazing. I absolutely love this cafe and hope it remains a staple for years to come!

Lovely place with a great atmosphere! I had the chicken baguette which was lush and also one of their fresh herbal teas which I would recommend!! The staff are what really stood out to me however. Everyone was cheerful and seemed to really appreciate all their customers.

First time at this little gem & will definitely become a regular! Service & food was impeccable & couldn’t be faulted even if I tried!. At the end of our meal the chef even came out and greeted each table to ask how everything was which I thought gave such a personal touch & was very appreciated. The atmosphere & vibe was very cozy. We arrived at 6pm and didn’t leave until 9pm (even though we finished eating at about 8pm) simply because we felt so relaxed and comfortable. Thank you The Old Paparazzi - we will be back soon

Nice manager and quick service. Food is very consistent which is important and I've never had a bad meal. Been here 20 plus times and it's always delivered.

Afternoon visit. Had octopus, liver, and usual starters, followed by lamb souvla, absolutely lovely. Served by Fonzi, who kept 8 slightly drunk blokes, in check with his good service and humour. Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be going back. Paul

Me and my frend was in your restaurant for the first time 12,12,2024.iv been looking for a good Greek restaurant for a while now and must say your the best one iv tryed so far this year. Your lamb sovla was great, karamari was how it should be with flower not batter. Your hallumy and bastarma was great but I did expect that. I think you need to improve your chips as they are freshly cooked, your salad needs a bit much imagination and your Tbone steak need to be cook faster higher heat so you can have it a least med not well done so it's more tender. And I know you give a little fruit on a plate at the end you need a bit more imagination so it looks better. Apart from that it was great these little things I'm talking about makes a difference and I hope you make or look at improving so you can be one of the best places to eat. If you need eny help I be happy to advice or even come in and demonstrate how to improve. But I hope to visit again and try other dishes. I visited on opening day, and I must say, it was incredibly busy and service was slow but the excitement in the air was palpable, especially with their amazing burger deal at only 99p. However, due to the high traffic, we experienced a longer wait than expected. Once we finally got our hands on the beef burgers, all the wait melted away. They were outstanding—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! Despite the crowded conditions, the quality of the food truly impressed me. I can’t wait to visit again, undoubtedly when it’s a bit quieter, to enjoy this deliciousness without the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty burger!

In the past week, me and my family have ordered probably 6-7 times from here already. We usually choose the less busy times to order. Food has always been very nice, staff are friendly and overall its a great experience. My favourite item on the menu is the loaded fries, followed by the crsipy inferno chicken burger.
