The gas engineers who fitted my boiler listened to what I wanted and managed to keep the gas boiler in the same position as the old one, within the tight constraints of my kitchen cupboard, and they also fit the condensing pipe internally as I requested. They turned up when they said they would, they were very polite and professional and their work was very neat. They were also very happy to answer all my other household plumbing questions.

They have an office in Loughborough you can walk into and speak with staff / sometimes an engineer / sometimes the owner. We're blessed to have such an accomplished plumbing and heating company in Loughborough.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job. They were responsive, cooperative and pleasant to be around. Steve did a professional job removing our old boiler and pipes then installing a new system. He was a real craftsman plumber. He accommodated our requests without complaint. I highly recommend him and his coworkers.
