A touch better than excellent - what a decent professional plumber which clearly knows his stuff. Installed a new boiler at a fair price. It took two days but we didn’t go without hot water overnight. This was not the first time he has helped us out. Removed and refitted new radiators when having re-plastering done - all without a hitch. Thanks Dave, most reassuring. Anyone considering a plumber should have no worries about calling Dave Barber.
Dave was very punctual and organised. He is extremely personable and took the time to explain my plumbing requirements. I'd highly recommend him to anybody who needs work doing.
I've been dealing with Mercury Plumbing for several years as David has been looking after my rental properties. For example he has installed a new boiler, investigated shower leak, carries out boiler servicing & has made emergency calls. All work has been carried out perfectly & is fairly priced. Dave is a knowledgeable plumber & heating engineer, always arrives on time & extremely pleasant. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Dave, a plumber you can trust.
We had David to come and plumb two new radiators in, service our boiler and put new thermostatic valves on current radiators. He arrived on time, he is very friendly and knowledgeable and completed the job professionally. He left the house as he found it and every where was clean and tidy. We have used David before, and would definitely recommend him and use him again. Thank you David. 😃
We had a problem with the downstairs toilet tank filling too high and leaking but also the water was hot. Dave had a look and diagnosed the problem as the connection for the toilet was to the hot water and had to re-pipe this correctly. Also the cup float/fill valve in the tank was replaced so we now have a much better functioning toilet fill valve. All in all the service was great, the problems corrected, done at a very good price and Dave is a really pleasant person. After looking for plumbers on Google, I read reviews on Mercury Plumbing & Heating and I am glad that I did. Would highly recommend to anyone.
