I had 2 radiators replaced. Advised me which radiator was best for the bedroom stud wall due to weight issue of big radiators. Did a good and professional job. There were other issues in the central heating system which he identified too and made recommendations. Very reasonable price for the work he did. Overall glad that I called him as he demonstrated he is very experienced in his work.

Had a gas fitting issue yesterday and my usual guy couldn't make an appointment in the next three weeks. Searched for an alternative and phoned East Midlands Gas & Plumbing. Came out in 90 minutes and fitted my Gas hob to a very high standard and triple checked the gas fitting and gas supply to the house to ensure I had no leaks. Three hours later I discovered a leak behind one of my radiators (FML) and had to call him out again it was a really tricky fix (tight against the wall with 10 mm pipes that needed a soldered fix) way beyond my have a go hero diy skills. He came back within 60 mins and spent two hours fixing the issue despite it being 6pm and refused to charge me an extra call-out fee as he had already been once. Thoroughly recommend this business!

I had East Midlands Gas & plumbing over for a boiler service and they did a wonderful job servicing my Worcester combi boiler. They seemed very experienced, friendly and offered lots information to make sure I'm comfortable with any work undertaken. Can safely say that I'd be going back to them for all plumbing work in the future.

I've run into a bit of trouble when I've damaged main gas pipe line in my house during the process of fixing some squeaking floor boards. After a quick research on Google and checking reviews for Derby based emergency gas plumbers I've decided to give East Midlands Gas & Plumbing a ring. This has happened on a Sunday morning so I wanted to check on the emergency call out prices versus a future booking. I was given both prices and I've decided to ask for emergency call out. Asif and his apprentice have arrived with agreed 90 minutes time frame. The service they've provided was spot on and 5 star. Asif is a very open and chatty person. During the job he has given me some DIY advice for the future. Also, my 10 year old son has been curious and watching what they've been working on so Asif took time to explain some of the steps. I would definitely use these company again and I can recommend them to anyone who is looking for a service from a local/Derby based business. I'm glad I've trusted the Google reviews.

Excellent service!! Highly recommend East Midlands Gas & Plumbing. Brought a house that has been empty for nearly two years so had a full service on the boiler and all radiators checked. Asfi was polite and friendly,he explained every step of the service and was very knowledgeable.He went above and beyond checking everything was ok and checking that there wasn’t any gas leakage at the main gas supply.Also had a look at the toilet and sorted it as it was over filling. Definitely use them again.
