Nigel and Amy came out to service our boiler. He was so friendly and efficient with communications, from our first call to book the service, to the follow up information and emails. Nigel was very punctual and the service was thorough, but efficiently done! He kept the area clean and tidy and was happy to chat through what he was doing so I could understand more. An absolute pleasurable experience from my initial phone call to having the work completed. I had to ring Nigel regarding a leak from my mother in laws boiler. He answered promptly and had a good idea as to what the problem was by me just telling him over the phone. Nigel came out the assess the boiler first thing the following morning. He ordered the part required and returned within a couple of days to fit it. At all times Nigel was knowledgeable, professional, honest and respectful with very competitive fees. He kept excellent communication with me as to what time my booking was to when he was on his way. I highly recommend him and will certainly be calling upon him for future work.

Nigel and Luke were great They managed to fit me in at short notice. Firstly to replace a shower at my property. Then secondly to complete a gas boiler service and replacement shower at my father's property. I cannot recommend them enough. Would certainly use them again!! Thank you!
