Had a burst pipe in the bathroom Friday night into Saturday morning. Rang Ray early on the Saturday - he picked up immediately, offered a reasonable quote and accepted the job. Came out within a few hours and repaired the issue quickly. Explained the problem and what he'd done to resolve it. Very happy with the service and appreciate the weekend visit.

These guys are genuine lifesavers! I have a commercial bar in an old building and they solved the issue in just a couple of hours that would’ve taken others days to complete! Incredibly reasonable price and very honest and transparent service. 10/10 would recommend.

Ray attended within the hour for an out of hours emergency call out for a blocked WC in a short-term let. Excellent communications and took photos of everything to show the cause. Excellent customer service - would definitely recommend him.

Excellent service came out within 2 hours of calling after boiler stopped working and had no heating or Hot water. Fixed the main issue a blocked pipe quickly. Still having issues with the pressure but offered great advice on what to do about that. Would highly recommend. A little on the pricey side but excellent service and professional plumber.
