Christian has been out to us twice. Can't fault his manner and service. Absolutely would recommend and use this company again!

I had rats in my property. Christian came and put an access panel in my ceiling so we could access the rats location. First with traps, then poison, coming back to check at time intervals, even returning the next day at my request when I heard a great deal of noise. They also fitted a one way valve on the drain and covers for my air vents. They also directed me to the potential entry point. I would definitely recommend this company.

I contacted Stratton Pest Control following finding a few mice in my home. Tom attended very quickly which was very much appreciated as I was struggling with significant anxiety regarding my situation. Tom was punctual and professional, he was extremely reassuring and validating of how this was impacting my well being. He was very informative about mice and was able to answer all the questions I had. He remained calm which was instrumental in reasurring me. I highly recommend Tom to anyone who has a pest issue. Christian came and spent half an hour trying to assess whether we had a wasp nest still. He was patient with all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. In the end he didn't charge as there was no treatment needed for now, but will certainly contact in the future if needed!
