Tim came out very quickly to my mum's flat when we noticed bites on mum and little bugs in bedroom. He gave the place 2 treatments and gave us clear instructions on what to do regarding her clothing and bedding . Bed bugs were the problem. All gone now and mum is a very happy mum again.
