Contacted Matt via Facebook to remove a median wasps nest, which unfortunately was too close to the footpath (dogs and children!). Matt replied promptly and came round, treated the nest and it was removed the next day. Job done! Thanks Matt!

Rang Lee in the morning. He arrived early afternoon, listened carefully about our wasp problem, didn't find any nest where I indicated, but he then walked our back garden boundary and found the nest causing the problem. A top class service. I had already contacted several companies who charged double that of West Country and who did not provide the prompt service I needed. West Country responded immediately and set about eradicating the wasps in quick time - useful because our roofers had just arrived and alerted me to the problem! Very prompt efficient service to sort out two wasps nests. Lee was very knowledgable and helpful. I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice. Great local business, would thoroughly recommended.

Due to a worrying wasp nest on the edge of my conservatory roof, I found 'Platinum Pest Control' on Google. I read all Chris' reviews and decided to contact. Thoroughly impressed with his quick, efficient service. Arriving the following morning, he adeptly removed the nest. Chris explained his methods clearly and with confidence. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Chris. We had a problem with starlings getting into and nesting in our loft and Chris' expertise identified where they were getting in and what needed to be done to prevent them. Amongst other measures, he installed bird mesh around the outside of the roof and we haven't see the birds since! We also have a few air-vents in the house walls that we suspected could be points of entry for vermin and other pests and Chris was able to advise and rectify this issue as well. We agree with other reviewers that Chris is friendly and courteous and provides a professional service at a reasonable price. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

I highly recommend Jonathan , Three Counties. We found a clothes moth issues & contacted him. His initial visit (free) was very informative , no pressure to book anything, and upfront on costs. When he did come to do the treatment, very clear Instructions on what he was doing and how long to vacate house. Superb service, had an extremely quick response as to a query regarding a potential wasp nest u see a floor. A quick but thorougher investors to a decision being made to fumigate vi and air brick outside of the property and the wasp issues were resolved. They was even time given to show and tell different wasps to our grandchild which has made her more interested in wasps and bees and less concerned. I can decoy them enough. A**
