We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Since then, we’ve had absolutely no troubles! Amazing customer service and ideal end result.

A top class service. I had already contacted several companies who charged double that of West Country and who did not provide the prompt service I needed. Absolutely fantastic company, so honest and helpful. Unfortunately 😱 we have had to use them in two houses and they have been amazing. First house was dealt with completely successfully. With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. I had another company came to my property they said I haven't got any rodents in my property later that evening I see a rat in my kitchen I called jurassic pest control and they had some one out straight away the guy pulled everything out of my cupboard fridge,freezer, washing machine he showed me were they were coming from I can honestly say I haven't seen anymore since there visit I blocked all the holes that needed blocking thank you so so much

Jane has helped us with various problems, involving both rodents and wasps, over the last 3 years. She replies promptly to requests for help and is very reliable and methodical. Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person. Superb service, had an extremely quick response as to a query regarding a potential wasp nest u see a floor. A quick but thorougher investors to a decision being made to fumigate vi and air brick outside of the property and the wasp issues were resolved.
