Dave came round to my property as I had a rat problem. He was very professional and helpful.
He thoroughly checked the property and the downstairs property also. He identified the areas where the rats had been and laid the bait and wire wool in the holes so they couldnt get back through. Fingers crossed my furry friends have gone away 🙏I had four visits in total and I would highly recommend this company and it’s good to support local independent businesses too.
Very professional team with great quality of work delivered during and outside of working hours. They work with us and managing our customer requirements really well. Guys are very friendly and supportive whilst on site as well as over the phone when required. The team is covering all our needs (on site pest awareness training, internal and external inspections, bird control, out of hours call outs etc.). Olly at Rokill was outstanding. He was very professional and friendly and took our concerns seriously. He came out the very same day the problem was reported and did what he needed to do, which worked so he then returned the following evening to do it again. He kept checking in on us until the external and internal problem was resolved by the landlord and even attended afterwards to make sure it was 100% resolved. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
