Fantastic same day service. Came to repair a UPVC door mechanism and I asked for upgrades on several locks he wasn’t expecting. Val had to make a couple of trips to get supplies but completed the job he came to do and more. All the work was completed efficiently, thoroughly and in a tidy way. He left me with complete peace of mind about the security of my house.

Excellent service. Key stuck in lock, phoned Speedy and they arrived very quickly Managed to get my key out and replaced the mechanism early the next day. A fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Great experience fist time using dgm. Very helpful guy who came out to help even on his birthday within 10 minutes and was very honest with repair information! Changed our front door lock and explained the difference in locks etc which was very insightful would definitely use again.

Called around 12pm he turned up within 20 minutes of agreeing a time and sorted the job out working maybe 20 minutes. Gave me the options and informative about what was best for security. Even said I didn’t need some work that he could have easily charged me more for so to me proves his integrity and he also gave me great advice for security precautions for me having kids. Guby was absolutely fantastic. My partner and I forgot our keys and were helpless late in the evening. He was incredibly fast and got us in and replaced our high security lock which would normally be super pricey but he gave us a very reasonable price. Lovely to have such amazing service - turned a bad situation into a lovely one! Hopefully won’t happen again but would definitely go back to Guby!

Called Osman after our front door was damaged during an attempted break in . He removed the damaged lock which allowed us to use the door again. After messing up the fitting of the new lock had to call Osman again to fit a new lock which was done quickly and professionally and at a very competitive price, I have no hesitation in recommending Birmingham secure locksmiths and will be calling them in future should I need them . Our lock got jammed and we all got locked out. Fortunately, within 50 minutes of calling Lockstar we had not only got back into our flat but also had our lock replaced, fantastic service by Cristian. At the start it was very hard to get through to them, and not much response or communication in terms of confirming the booking or the timing, but once the guy did arrive the job was done within 10 mins at a reasonable price. Will recommend.

Had a nightmare lost my key and found it after sending my £100 deposit over. I rang the gaffer as fast as possible and luckily he didn’t set off to me and was happy enough to refund it.
