James is the best Locksmith I have ever found. He came within an hour after I locked myself out from all anti-snap locks. He found the way to gain access to the house in minutes. Couldn’t help to post this photo to show how professional he is! Definitely recommended! 5/5 absolutely

Our home was broken into whilst we were at home and we needed to have our locks changed as the safety of our home had become compromised. James had come highly recommended and came out to our home on the same day. He was able to change some fairly tricky locks including those on old doors quickly and efficiently but also used his experience and pragmatic approach to secure any weak spots at our property. He was kind, considerate and highly skillful. We cannot thank him enough for making us feel safe again in our home and being able to take back control after being broken into. James sorted us out twice within a week when we had locked ourselves out. One time was highly time pressured as we were on our way to our wedding and needed to get back inside. CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. After suggesting several alternatives for one door handle that needed replacement, she quickly completed the job. Would definitely recommend the service.

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) We visited him in the shop the next day to get extra keys cut and again the same great service. I can't thank you enough, its true not all super hero's wear capes, some work at C&T locksmiths!!!

Fantastic same day service. Came to repair a UPVC door mechanism and I asked for upgrades on several locks he wasn’t expecting. Val had to make a couple of trips to get supplies but completed the job he came to do and more. All the work was completed efficiently, thoroughly and in a tidy way. He left me with complete peace of mind about the security of my house.

It was really quick service done this job on sunday he came all the way from solihull to kings heath it wasn’t easy job because lock button was not working at all . My key snapped in half after 6PM with no other companies available on hand immediately. Randomly rang up this company, Kamran went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. He made sure the key was working and I got home safely. Would 100% recommend this company that I came across by chance, definitely will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Customer service was definitely 10/10 and cannot recommend them enough!

Cam was recommended to us by a family friend and we have used his key replacement service twice. We have been very happy with the service provided as he has been extremely helpful & very professional whenever he has come out to do key replacements. Both times Cam has either come out the same day or the following day. He is very reliable & we would recommend him to everyone!

Called CDS at 8pm and he picked up immediately! Gave him a run down of a problem i was having with my vehicle, where the car wouldnt switch on as the key and the immobiliser had an issue. Was given a quote at a very reasonable price! He came to my house within an hour, diagnosed the issue and provided me with a fresh key, as well as fixing my old key. Very happy with his work and he was both prompt and friendly. Cant recommend CDS enough!

Called around 12pm he turned up within 20 minutes of agreeing a time and sorted the job out working maybe 20 minutes. Gave me the options and informative about what was best for security. Even said I didn’t need some work that he could have easily charged me more for so to me proves his integrity and he also gave me great advice for security precautions for me having kids. He’s a good genuine guy. Can’t fault the service

Guby was absolutely fantastic. My partner and I forgot our keys and were helpless late in the evening. He was incredibly fast and got us in and replaced our high security lock which would normally be super pricey but he gave us a very reasonable price. Lovely to have such amazing service - turned a bad situation into a lovely one! Hopefully won’t happen again but would definitely go back to Guby!

Scary experience having a problem with your front door locking but this amazing team couldn't have helped us anymore. Mr Brian Carter was extremely friendly, competent locksmith. We had a complicated issue with the door. It had a broken gearbox. Replacement gearbox and faceplate did not fit. It needed modification. Mr Carter had to modify the gearbox which he performed expertly and made the locking mechanism as good as new. Mr Carter was extremely polite, had excellent attention to detail, was intent on perfection. Extremely trustworthy trader. Ive saved his name for future reference. Highly recommended. Services were excellent value for money.

Brian was super helpful. I needed an emergency locksmith on a Saturday morning as my mum was locked in her house and carers couldn’t get in to give her her medication. Brian was so prompt and caring which was definitely needed in this moment. He was over within the hour, solved the problem and dealt with my distressed mum! Highly recommend him. Called Osman after our front door was damaged during an attempted break in . He removed the damaged lock which allowed us to use the door again. After messing up the fitting of the new lock had to call Osman again to fit a new lock which was done quickly and professionally and at a very competitive price, I have no hesitation in recommending Birmingham secure locksmiths and will be calling them in future should I need them .
