My back door lock was sticking and becoming difficult to use. I called James who quickly understood my problem. He called when he said he would having already informed me of the price for the work. He had to realign my door as part of the process and charged me exactly as quoted. He and his assistant were both very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

I needed three window locking handles assessing. They all needed replacing. This was done within an hour of inspection despite going out to get the handles Service was done in a timely and efficient manner. Everything was done exactly on time and the work was carried out without error. If I need a locksmith again I will not look anywhere else.

Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.
