Had a nightmare lost my key and found it after sending my £100 deposit over. I rang the gaffer as fast as possible and luckily he didn’t set off to me and was happy enough to refund it. Amazing customer service and will definitely be saving the number for any friends or family who end up losing a key. 60-90 minutes and they are at your door professional phone call respectable guy.

At the start it was very hard to get through to them, and not much response or communication in terms of confirming the booking or the timing, but once the guy did arrive the job was done within 10 mins at a reasonable price. Will recommend.

Called them after midnight as I was locked out my car & it was freezing cold. They came out and got me back into my car instantly. Explained to me what was wrong and was friendly. Thanks for your help & will be using you in the future!

Lost my car keys whilst shopping , rang up Autocare, they came and fixed it at had a new key made. Big up to Clint who was a superstar and did a great job.
