Called around 12pm he turned up within 20 minutes of agreeing a time and sorted the job out working maybe 20 minutes. Gave me the options and informative about what was best for security. Even said I didn’t need some work that he could have easily charged me more for so to me proves his integrity and he also gave me great advice for security precautions for me having kids. He’s a good genuine guy. Can’t fault the service

He was very helpful and knowledgeable about installing my Yale Conexis L2 smart lock. There was an issue where the calibration was wrong in the lock and it took a while to figure out the problem but my guy tried everything until finally found the solution. Charged me a very reasonable amount for the job as well, would definitely recommend to everyone who needs a locksmith.
