My locking mechanism disintegrated, I rang Craig, he was with me within a couple of hours, couldn’t fix it there and then due to an unusual part required but made the door secure overnight and returned the next day to fit the correct part he had sourced. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Craig sorted out a failed mechanism on our french doors and fixed a really annoying back door that was difficult to lock. He explained things clearly to me and I knew the cost upfront. Very friendly and chatty :) Our first time using a locksmith and he arrived when he said he would and sent a whatsapp message with a time.
