I'd locked my garage door key inside the garage by accident. Luke, from this company, did an excellent job - he managed to get the door open without breaking the lock. Knowledgeable in himself, he also uses a wider pool of experts for more unusual problems. The price was good, and the communications were professional, friendly and on topic. Highly recommended.

Mr Brian Carter was extremely friendly, competent locksmith. We had a complicated issue with the door. It had a broken gearbox. Replacement gearbox and faceplate did not fit. It needed modification. Mr Carter had to modify the gearbox which he performed expertly and made the locking mechanism as good as new. Mr Carter was extremely polite, had excellent attention to detail, was intent on perfection. Extremely trustworthy trader. Ive saved his name for future reference. Highly recommended. Services were excellent value for money.

Brian was super helpful. I needed an emergency locksmith on a Saturday morning as my mum was locked in her house and carers couldn’t get in to give her her medication. Brian was so prompt and caring which was definitely needed in this moment. He was over within the hour, solved the problem and dealt with my distressed mum! Highly recommend him. He charges a fair and reasonable price and not extortionate.

After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed. His knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind, which is priceless, but he was also very reasonably priced (especially for a Sunday). Highly recommended.

I contacted Adams Central Locksmiths when locked out of my house recently. I am pleased to report that the issue was resolved within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday evening. Although resolved relatively easily with the correct tools, the cost represented excellent value for money against comparable quotes obtained by local companies. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant service. Bank holiday and we were really stuck with a dropped French door that wouldn’t shut. The chap arrived in less than an hour and sorted it out as well as advising us on how to get it fixed permanently. Well worth the call out fee.

It wasn’t an emergency but Simon still came out the same day to take a look at the problem, he talked me through everything explaining in detail what the problem was and went to get the necessary parts even giving me the option of quality refurbished parts to bring the cost down. I took my car keys in this morning as I have had to manually unlock my car since I got it and they came apart while unlocking it. James fixed my car for me and once it was fixed explained how to get the central locking to work and I couldn’t believe it! I was looking for places when I first got the car and was being quoted £200, however I only paid for my key to be fixed and he explained how to do it at no extra cost! Thank you so much James! Paul at Keys4theCity quickly replaced all our very old external door locks with new and very high security locks. So we feel much safer now. The cost was not as high as we thought it might be but, what cost can one put on ones own personal security anyway? Paul knows his stuff; arrived when he said he would and was very polite and efficient. Highly recommended.
