Made a call tonight as after using my sliding doors today , could not get them closed and locked. I could believe how helpful Brian was he tried to FaceTime me to try help but then realised he needed to come out. He was here within 45 mins!! Fixed the door and was so helpful and friendly. Enquired for additional key cutting however Brian advised my current locks didn't meet fire regulations (being a commercial building) and also could easily be snapped. Promptly replaced with anti snap locks and new internal twist locks. Great service from Brian, highly recommended.

Fantastic, speedy service from Brian. I called him regarding a snapped key stuck in an external door lock on a Sunday afternoon.
